PNP DAGOHOY IN ACTION
ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPERATION
SEARCH WARRANT

That at about 9:10 in the morning of November 4, 2015, PNP elements of Dagohoy Police Station, Dagohoy, Bohol led by PI Mario Pogoy Monillas, Chief of Police this Station with the PDEA coordination implemented a Search Warrant No. 15-43 (VIOLATION OF SEC. 11, ART. II OF R.A. 9165) against RUEL APOR Alias Tibong, Filipino, 39 years old, married, casual employee of LGU Dagohoy and presently residing at Purok Rosas, San Miguel, Dagohoy, Bohol. During the implementation of the Search Warrant, above-named subject was present at the said place. Prior to the searched, invited as witnesses in the search and inventory are the following: Barangay Councilors Eduardo A. Timbal, Edna P. Auguis and Nicolas T. Gambe all a resident of San Miguel, Dagohoy, Bohol and Jayson Felisidad of DYZD local media. That at all times, the respondent and invited witnesses above-mentioned always accompanied the searcher during the search. Seized as evidence are as follows to wit: one (1) pc. big plastic sealed transparent cellophane containing white crystalline substance believed to be “Shabu” marked RDA w/ date & signature; nine (9) pcs. small plastic sealed transparent cellophane containing white crystalline substance believed to be “Shabu” marked RDA-1 to RDA-9 w/ date & signature; one (1) pc. syringe marked RDA-10 w/ date & signature; one (1) pc. disposable lighter color red marked RDA-11 w/ date & signature; one (1) pc. improvised plastic scope marked RDA-12 w/ date & signature; two (2) pcs. improvised flame regulator marked RDA-13 w/ date & signature; one (1) pc. improvised plastic scope marked RDA-14 w/ date & signature; three (3) pcs. crumpled tin foil marked RDA-15 w/ date & signature; four (4) pcs. small empty open transparent cellophane marked RDA-16 w/ date & signature and one (1) pc. improvised mirror marked RDA-17 w/ date & signature. That all found/seized items as evidence was placed on the top of the table in front door portion at the respondent’s rented house. Copy of the receipt/inventory of confiscated articles and certificate of orderly search was duly furnished to the respondent but refused to sign along with the copy of the Search Warrant. Upon recovery and seizure of the items, respondent was arrested and handcuffed by PO1 Eldie M. Aranes, informed the nature of his arrest, appraised his Constitutional Rights and Anti-Torture Act in the visayan language understood to him. Respondent is now temporarily detained at Dagohoy lock-up jail after the medical examination conducted by Dr. Hermogenes D. Ricafort, Jr., Municipal Health Officer (MHO) of Dagohoy, Bohol and then the evidence seized was brought to this office for documentation, proper disposition and further investigation while some of the evidences further needs to be subjected for examination will be further submitted to the Bohol Provincial Crime Laboratory Office, Camp Dagohoy, Tagbilaran City for quantitative and qualitative examinations. Inquest is now being prepared for the filing of appropriate charges before the Provincial Prosecution Office of Bohol, Hall of Justice, Tagbilaran City. Estimated street value of the seized items believed to be shabu amounting to thirty thousand pesos (P30,000.00) more or less. Investigator on case is PO3 Ruel C.
