Inumpisahan ko ang aking araw sa paglalaro at nagbigay suporta tayo sa ating Green Team sa Nazareth. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ

Pagkatapos ay dumalo naman tayo sa Committee Hearing upang talakayin ang Draft Ordinance No. O-051-2026, ang "Isang Pamilya, Isang Tagapagligtas" Program, isang panukalang naglalayong mabigyan ng Hands-Only CPR at Basic Life Support training ang hindi bababa sa isang miyembro ng bawat pamilyang Dagupeรฑo.

Sa bawat laban, sa loob man ng volleyball court o sa bulwagan ng konseho, iisa ang ating layunin, ang maglingkod at magbigay ng pag-asa.

Ang lakas ng isang komunidad ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa mga panalo sa laro, kundi sa kahandaan nitong magligtas ng buhay, magmalasakit sa kapwa, at magkaisa para sa ikabubuti ng lahat.

Patuloy nating isusulong ang mga programang nagbibigay-kapangyarihan sa bawat pamilya at nagtatatag ng isang mas ligtas, mas handa, at mas matatag na Dagupan.

LIGTAS TIGDAS: BAKUNAHAN ANG MGA BATA KONTRA TIGDAS AT TIGDAS HANGIN ๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿ’ช

Bilang suporta sa kampanya ng Department of Health (DOH), magsasagawa ang City Health Office ng Dagupan ng Measles Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR SIA) mula Agosto 10 hanggang 28, 2026 sa lahat ng 31 barangays ng lungsod.

Ang libreng pagbabakuna ay para sa mga batang edad 6 hanggang 59 buwan (wala pang limang taong gulang) upang maprotektahan sila laban sa tigdas (measles) at rubella o tigdas hangin. Bahagi ito ng patuloy na kampanya ng DOH upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng mga sakit na ito at maprotektahan ang kalusugan ng mga bata.

Bukod sa mga vaccination sites sa 31 barangays, maaari ring magpabakuna sa:

โ€ข CSI The City Mall
โ€ข CSI Square
โ€ข St. John Cathedral Parish

Hinikayat ni Mayor Belen T. Fernandez ang mga magulang na samantalahin ang libreng pagbabakunang ito.

โ€œAng bawat bakuna ay dagdag na proteksyon. Inaanyayahan ko ang lahat ng magulang na samantalahin ang libreng pagbabakunang ito para sa ating mga anak,โ€ ani Mayor Belen.

As a doctor, one of the greatest privileges is being able to serve beyond the four walls of the clinic. Ang tunay na layunin ng medisina ay hindi lang gamutin ang sakit, kundi maipadama rin ang malasakit at pag-asa sa bawat pasyente.

First time in Barangay Mangin, and it's all for a healthier, more informed community. โค๏ธ

Today, we take another meaningful step in bringing healthcare closer to every barangay through our Free HIV Testing and Counseling program.

My heartfelt gratitude to SK Chairman Allia Lopez and ๐Š๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ง๐š๐ง ๐ง๐  ๐Š๐š๐›๐š๐ญ๐š๐š๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐€๐๐†๐ˆ๐ for taking the initiative to bring this important health service to your community.
Your commitment to educating our youth and promoting HIV awareness is truly commendable.

HIV testing is an act of courage, responsibility, and self-care, not something to fear or be ashamed of. Rest assured that all consultations and test results are handled with the highest level of confidentiality by our professional team from the City Health Office.
