We are hiring dynamic and experienced professionals to join the operations team at the Korea-Philippines Seafood Processing Complex (KPSPC) — a modern processing hub focused on milkfish (bangus) and other seafoods.

Be part of a pioneering facility enhancing the Philippines' seafood processing capabilities and export competitiveness in the global market.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Fisheries, or related sciences
• At least two (2) years of experience in seafood processing facility, preferably handling bangus.
• Knowledgeable and Certified HACCP and GMP-trained
• Familiarity with ISO/FSSC 22000, EU, USDFA, and Halal Certifications is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
•Oversee overall operations
• Approves HACCP Plans and Records
• Meet production targets
• Oversee the complete implementation of HACCP Plan and Programs
• Accepts work proposals from clients after thorough review and verification
• Enforce workplace safety protocols
• Lead the plant personnel

We are hiring dynamic and experienced professionals to join the operations team at the Korea-Philippines Seafood Processing Complex (KPSPC) – a modern processing hub focused on milkfish (bangus) and other seafood products.
POSITION: PLANT ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of plant machinery and utilities (e.g., HVAC, ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, compressors).
2. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Ensure the facility complies with mechanical, electrical, and safety standards.
4. Support continuous improvement in production efficiency and energy usage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
2. At least 2 years of experience in food or seafood processing plants.
3. Familiarity with processing equipment such as IQF machines, blast freezers, vacuum packaging, and cold chain systems.
4. Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and food plant automation is a plus.

We are hiring dynamic and experienced professionals to join the operations team at the Korea-Philippines Seafood Processing Complex (KPSPC) – a modern processing hub focused on milkfish (bangus) and other seafood products.
POSITION: PLANT MECHANIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of processing and utility equipment.
2. Assist in the installation, calibration, and repair of mechanical systems.
3. Monitor equipment performance to avoid downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Vocational or TESDA NC II/NC III in Mechanical Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in seafood/food processing plant maintenance.
3. Experience with industrial motors, gearboxes, chillers, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
4. Ability to read technical diagrams and operate diagnostic tools.

POSITION: QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure compliance with BFAR, FDA, and international food safety standards (GMP, SSOP, HACCP).
2. Conduct in-process and finished product inspections.
3. Supervise sanitation procedures and microbiological testing.
4. Prepare documentation for export compliance and third-party audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Fisheries, or related sciences.
2. At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in a seafood processing facility, preferably handling bangus.
3. Certified HACCP and GMP-trained (is an advantage).
4. Familiarity with ISO/FSSC 22000, EU, USFDA, and Halal certifications is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote processed bangus and seafood products.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3. Coordinate with trade partners, government agencies, and export buyers.
4. Represent the complex in trade shows, expos, and industry meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields.
2. 1–2 years of experience in agri-fishery or food product marketing.
3. Knowledge of seafood export markets and industry trends is an advantage.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
