Bukas ito para sa:
• Edad 6 hanggang 15 taong gulang
• Residente ng Dagupan City
• No need for experience sa music

May simple assessment lamang upang malaman kung anong instrumento ang babagay sa iyong talento. Ang importante ay may interes, dedikasyon, at kagustuhang matuto.

One story. One smile. One future.

Tambay sa Teen Center, pero productive! This afternoon, our little readers enjoyed storytelling and fun reading exercises—because every page they read is one step closer to becoming confident readers.

Hindi lang ito story time. It's another moment for the A.B.K.D. (Ang Bawat Kabataang Dagupeño Nakakabasa) Program under SAFEty NET Dagupan.

Sa Dagupan City Teen Center, every child is welcome, every story matters, and every reader counts. Tara, basa tayo!

Art, stories, and big smiles!

Our SNED learners absolutely understood the assignment at the Art Workshop and Reading Activity during the PWD Day Celebration at CSI Stadia, under the SAFEnet advocacy spearheaded by our amazing City Mayor, Belen Fernandez.

Today was all about celebrating abilities, creativity, and reminding everyone that every child deserves a safe space to shine.

Inclusion is not just a goal—it’s the standard.

Our Teen Center welcomed a young learner, Caithlyn faith Ferrer with Down syndrome who happily explored and enjoyed our musical instruments. Every child has unique gifts, and today, we celebrated the joy of discovering them—one note at a time. 🥰

Another school, another step toward a kinder and safer community!

As part of the SAFEnet Dagupan Anti-Bullying Advocacy, learners participated in an engaging discussion on the importance of respect, empathy, and standing up against bullying.

Led by Teen Center Manager Geraldine Custodio, together with Young Teen Center Manager Georgina Casilang, Teen Center staff and former SPES beneficiaries, the session encouraged learners of Leon Francisco Maramba Elementary School to become allies, speak up when they witness bullying, and help create a positive school environment where everyone feels safe and valued.

Together, we’re building a generation that chooses kindness over cruelty and friendship over fear.

Be a buddy, not a bully.
More schools are set to join this movement in the coming days!

A fruitful lunch break at the Teen Center! 📚✨

While enjoying their break, our young learners also took time to strengthen their reading skills through guided reading activities. Every page turned is a step toward greater confidence, knowledge, and a brighter future.

The learners were assisted by dedicated Teen Center staff and youth volunteers who are former SPES beneficiaries—paying forward the support they once received by helping inspire the next generation of readers.

Learning never stops at the Teen Center—one story, one smile, and one reader at a time. ❤️📖

Be a Buddy, Not a Bully!✨

Bullying? Hard pass. Kindness? Always the vibe. 🫶😎

As part of the SAFEnet Dagupan advocacy, Lasip Grande Elementary School (June 10) and JJDVTVSS (June 16) were visited to spread awareness on bullying, respect, empathy, and creating safe spaces for every learner.

The session was facilitated by Teen Center Manager Geraldine Custodio, empowering students to choose kindness, stand up for others, and become part of the solution—not the problem.

This is just the beginning! More schools are lined up in the coming days as SAFEnet Dagupan continues its mission of building safer, kinder, and more inclusive school communities.

Remember: Be a buddy, not a bully. A little kindness goes a long way. 🤝✨

Ngayong araw, pinagsama-sama ang mga bata at kanilang mga magulang sa isang makabuluhang aktibidad sa ilalim ng programang “Nanay, Ikaw ang Unang Guro.” Sa pamamagitan ng pagbabasa, pagkukuwento, at pag-gabay ng mga ina, mas napapalawak natin ang kaalaman at imahinasyon ng ating mga kabataan.
Ang simpleng oras na ginugol sa isang aklat ay maaaring maging daan upang mabuo ang pagmamahal ng mga bata sa pag-aaral at magkaroon sila ng mas matibay na pundasyon para sa kanilang kinabukasan.
