EMERGENCY WATER INTERRUPTION – CAMBANGYAO PUMP STATION

Please be advised of an emergency water interruption at the Cambangyao Pump Station to allow the immediate repair of a leaking tapping point.

Affected Areas:
•Poblacion
•Part of Balud

Water service will resume immediately after the repair is completed.

EMERGENCY WATER INTERRUPTION!!!

Please be informed that there is an emergency water interruption due to an unexpected power supply interruption along the electrical line serving the OBO Pumping Station.

Earlier this morning, we have already reported the matter to CEBECO. We were informed that their team will attend to the issue this afternoon to address the power interruption.

As a result, water service may be temporarily unavailable or experience low pressure in affected areas until power supply to the pumping station is restored.

Affected Area:
•OBO

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding while we work to restore normal water service as soon as possible.

We will provide further updates once there is new information regarding the restoration of power and water service.

Tungod sa wala damhang mga kalangayan nga nasugatan atol sa pag-realign sa linya ug sa pag-instalar sa gikinahanglang mga materyales, gipalugway ang water service interruption nga una natong gipahibalo nga mahuman unta alas-12:00 sa udto.

Nagapangayo kami og pasaylo sa inyong pagsabot ug pagpailub samtang gipadayon sa among team ang trabaho aron mahuman kini sa labing luwas ug episyenteng paagi. Ibalik dayon ang suplay sa tubig sa dihang mahuman na ang mga buluhaton.

Subject: Resumption of Regular Billing Effective August 2026

In line with Board Resolution No. 07-016, Series of 2026, the Dalaguete Water District informs all its concessionaires that the temporary pro-rated billing adjustment implemented due to water supply shortages has been lifted.

Starting August 2026 billing, all water bills will return to the regular billing in accordance with the District's LWUA approved water rates and standard billing policies.

The Dalaguete Water District appreciates the understanding, patience, and continued cooperation of all concessionaires during the period of water supply challenges.
