Our Binibining Looc 2026 Whole Body Portrait is not just about beauty, elegance, or fashion. It is a simple way of showing a part of what makes Barangay Looc unique—our people, our culture, and our everyday way of life.

For this portrait, our Binibinis proudly feature the tinap-anan and puso (hanging rice)—something familiar to many of us and a meaningful part of our local livelihood and food culture. 🍚🌿
