Our Grade 1 learners at Manganip Elementary School took a big step toward staying healthy and safe!

Through the School-Based Immunization initiative with RHU Danglas, our Grade 1 pupils received their Measles-Rubella (MR) and Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) booster vaccines.

These free vaccines provide a vital shield of protection so our children can grow, learn, and play without fear of preventable illnesses.

Kudos to our brave learners for facing this with big smiles! ๐Ÿ’– Big thanks as well to RHU Danglas health workers, teachers, and parents for working together to keep our school community safe and healthy.

In celebration of Global Handwashing Day 2026, our learners and teachers joined together to promote clean hands and proper hygiene! ๐Ÿ’งโœจ
Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016 (WinS Program) and Division Memorandum No. 546, s. 2026, our school successfully conducted a school-wide orientation and a 10-minute synchronized handwashing activity on October 15, 2026.

Heartfelt appreciation goes to our School WinS Coordinator Ma'am Janzen Mae B. Pataray, for spearheading this initiative, educating our students on proper hygiene, and facilitating our activities.

Through this activity, our students learned the proper steps of handwashing with soap and clean water to prevent diseases, stay healthy, and save lives! ๐Ÿงฝ๐Ÿงผ

Proper nutrition is the foundation of effective learning. Through this ongoing feeding program, we ensure that our learners receive healthy and delicious meals and snacks to keep our learners energized, focused, and ready to participate in every classroom activity.

The Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Danglas, headed by Municipal Health Officer (MHO) Dr. David Tecson, with the assistance of School Nurse Janice Masaoay, conducted an orientation for parents of Manganip learners on the importance of immunization and deworming activities.

The activity aimed to raise parentsโ€™ awareness of the benefits of immunization in protecting children against vaccine-preventable diseases and deworming in promoting childrenโ€™s health, growth, and overall well-being. It also emphasized the importance of parental involvement and cooperation in ensuring the successful implementation of these health initiatives.

Through this collaborative effort, RHU Danglas continues to support the health and well-being of learners and promote a healthier school community.

Today, the tables turned, and it was our turn to celebrate, pamper, and shower our teachers with love! This yearโ€™s Teacher's Day celebration was made extra colorful and vibrant through the heartwarming presents, kind gestures, and overwhelming support from our supportive parents and learners.

The day came alive with dazzling and energetic dance presentations from our dedicated parents, Board of Directors (BOD), SELG Officers, BKD Officers, and YES-O Officers who went all out to bring smiles to our teachers' faces.
