The Siargao Island Medical Center (SIMC) invites interested and qualified bidders to participate in the following procurement projects through Public Bidding:

• Procurement of Medical Supplies for Ward/Nurse Station, SIMC
• Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for Pharmacy Section, SIMC
• Procurement of Ultrasound Machine for Radiology Department, SIMC
• Procurement of Wound Care Package (Branded) for Operating Room Department, SIMC
• Procurement of Fetal and Maternal Monitor for Delivery Room Department, SIMC
• Procurement of Automated TEOAE and DPOAE Newborn Hearing Screener, SIMC

Schedule of Activities
• Advertisement/Posting of Invitation to Bid: June 15, 2026
• Availability of Bidding Documents: June 16, 2026
• Pre-Bid Conference: June 23, 2026 @ 2:00 PM
• Submission and Opening of Bids: July 8, 2026 @ 9:00 AM

Interested bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding documents from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat during office hours.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with New Republic Act No. 12009 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
