This page is created for the purpose of the online appointment to avail of the service of the Office of the Election Officer of Dapitan City.

For Voters Registration activity (including Transfer, correction) follow the ff. steps:

1. Fill out the appointment scheduler. Registration will start on July 1, 2020 until Sept. 30, 2021. Due to the Anti-COVID measures, our office can only accommodate fifty (50) persons per day or at most ten persons per scheduled time. If you will be coming with another person/s, please indicate their names also on the remarks section.
2. Wait for confirmation from our personnel either by messenger or cellphone number that you have provided
3. Please come on time on your confirmed schedule.
4. Bring along with you at least one proof of Identification
5. For those aged 21 years and below, please bring your Birth Certificate as well as a photocopy of the same
6. AT ALL TIMES, please wear your face mask. NO FACE MASK, NO TRANSACTION policy shall be strictly implemented
