In preparation for the landfall of Severe Tropical Storm "Opong", WORK IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES and CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) are SUSPENDED tomorrow 26 September until 27 September 2025.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work in other offices and private companies is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Ang City Assessors Office Dasmariñas ay kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng komprehensibong pag-update sa Schedule of Market Values (SMV) para sa lahat ng ari-arian sa loob ng ating lungsod.

Ang mahalagang prosesong ito ay alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 12001, o ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act, na naglalayong magtatag ng makatarungan, pantay-pantay, at malinaw na sistema ng pagtatasa ng halaga ng mga ari-arian sa buong bansa.

Kami po ay taus-pusong humihiling ng inyong pakikiisa at suporta upang maisakatuparan ang layuning ito nang tama at makatarungan.

The City Assessors Office of Dasmariñas is currently conducting a comprehensive update of the Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for all real properties within our city.

This initiative is in compliance with Republic Act No. 12001, also known as Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act, which aims to establish a fair, uniform, and transparent property valuation system across the country.

We kindly ask for your full cooperation and support in this process to ensure accurate and equitable property assessment.
