Starting March 16, 2026, the City Government of Dasmariñas will implement a compressed four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM) under Executive Order No. 009-s-2026. This follows the national government’s directive on energy conservation (Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026)

However, offices whose functions involve the provision of essential public, health, and medical services, as well as those directly involved in disaster and emergency management operations, shall continue their regular operations and render the necessary services.

ANNOUNCEMENT | EBOSS 2026

The Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 005-S-2026 has approved the extension of the renewal period for Mayor’s Business Permit through the Electronic Business One-Stop Shop (EBOSS) without penalties.

Extended Period:
January 21, 2026 to January 30, 2026

The City Government of Dasmariñas encourages all concerned establishments to take advantage of this extension and complete their renewal within the given period.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 111, s. 2025, work in the City Government of Dasmariñas will be suspended on 29 December 2025 (Monday) and 02 January 2026 (Friday) to provide government employees full opportunity to celebrate New Year’s activities and to allow them to travel to and from different regions of the country.

Regular office operations will resume on 05 January 2026 (Monday).

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

In accordance with Proclamation No. 727, declaring 24 December 2025 as an special non-working day and 25 December 2025 as a regular holiday nationwide, work in the City Government of Dasmariñas will be SUSPENDED on 24 December 2025 (Wednesday) and 25 December 2025 (Thursday) in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

This declaration gives Filipinos more time to prepare for and observe these significant holidays.

Regular office operations will resume on 26 December 2025 (Friday).

However, offices whose functions involve providing essential public services and are directly involved in disaster/emergency management operations shall continue with their operations and render necessary services.

In line with the City Employees’ Christmas Party 2025, work at the City Government of Dasmariñas will be until 12:00 NN on 12 December 2025 (Friday).

Except for essential offices, which will assign a skeletal workforce until 5:00 PM to ensure uninterrupted public service.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 88

In view of the continuous rainfall brought about by the Southwest Monsoon, work in government offices in Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales and Bataan are hereby suspended on 21 July 2025 at 1:00 in the afternoon.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

PUBLIC ADVISORY

In observance of Holy Week, office operations in the City Government of Dasmariñas will temporarily implement a WORK-FROM-HOME ARRANGEMENT from 8:00AM to 12:00NN. The Socio-Economic Building shall be closed except for the Treasurer's Office that shall remain open from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Moreover, the CTTMO and OM-Impounding personnel shall report to work for transactions regarding traffic violations and impounded vehicles from 8:00AM to 5:00PM until Easter Sunday, too.

Non-essential offices will be unavailable for onsite transactions during this period.

Offices shall resume operation on 21 April 2025 (Monday)
