PURPOSIVE STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT FOR THE FINALIZATION OF SIPS RECOMMITMENT CEREMONIES AND PROMOTION OF WPS ADVOCACY
CAVITE — 2lt Annie Rose Y Raluta, Platoon Leader of the unit, under the leadership of Cpt Karen F Bernardino, Commanding Officer, conducted purposive stakeholder engagements with key local government officials and concerned stakeholders in the municipalities of Alfonso, Mendez-Nuñez, and Silang, Cavite.
The engagements resulted in the finalization and coordination of the schedule for the Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) Recommitment Ceremonies, while strengthening collaboration between the unit and concerned local government units in sustaining peace, security, and community resilience.
During the coordination, the Municipal Local Government Operations Officers (MLGOOs) were likewise encouraged to facilitate the display of West Philippine Sea (WPS) advocacy materials in strategic and highly visible areas within their respective municipalities. The initiative aims to enhance public awareness of the country’s maritime rights and interests and strengthen patriotic consciousness among residents.
The activity highlights the importance of sustained stakeholder engagement and strong local partnerships in advancing peace and security initiatives and promoting public awareness on matters of national interest.
