Agosto 21, 1983, isang makasaysayang pangyayari ang naganap na siyang nagbukas sa puso at kamalayan ng maraming mamamayang Pilipino na ipaglaban ang kanilang karapatan at lumaban para sa demokrasya.

Ngayong araw, ating ginugunita ang Ninoy Aquino Day bilang pagpupugay sa buhay na isinakripisyo ni Senador Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. 🕊️🇵🇭 Ang kanyang tapang ang naging daan tungo sa muling pagbabalik ng kalayaan ng Pilipinas.

Ang kanyang karanasan ay nagpapaalala sa atin na ang ating paninindigan para sa katarungan at kalayaan ay may malaking epekto at nagbibigay ng pag-asa para sa mas mabuting bansa. ✊💛

Sa ating pag-alala kay Ninoy Aquino, nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na ang bawat isa sa atin ay may pananagutang dapat patuloy nating isabuhay, ipaglaban, at pangalagaan. 🇵🇭

Ang kasaysayan ay hindi lamang dapat alalahanin, nararapat itong matutunan! 📖
