Honorable RAHIB M. NANDO, Chairman of the Committee on Public Work, Infrastructures, Energy, Utilities, Transportation and Communication — was honored to take part in the Formulation of the Legislative Agenda of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Maguindanao del Sur through the guidance of Provincial Director of the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG) Engr. Amina T. Dalandag, PhD and her TEAM and Honorable Vice Governor Ustadz Hisham S. Nando. This important gathering served as a platform to identify priority programs, strengthen policy directions, and align our legislative initiatives with the development vision of the Provincial Government.

LOCAL LEGISLATIVE-EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (LLEDAC) Organizational Program held at Mango Groove, Datu Anggal Midtimbang, Talayan, Maguindanao del Sur.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan Quarterly Report presented by one of the Honorable Board Members RAHIB M. NANDO, serves as an essential instrument in promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance within the Provincial Government. It provides a comprehensive summary of the legislative accomplishments, activities, and initiatives undertaken by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for the quarter ending September.

This presentation, aims to inform stakeholders of the progress made in policy-making, development programs, and public service efforts.
