ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL WATER CONSUMERS

The Office of the Municipal Waterworks hereby reminds all water consumers to settle their dues for the unpaid water bills, particularly those enjoying a regular water supply.

Kindly note that disconnection of service will be enforced based on the Municipal Ordinance for delinquent accounts.

Consumers without water meters are advised to notify the Office of the Municipal Waterworks and request for a legal connection as soon as possible. Payment shall be on a flat-rate basis until such time that the water meter is installed in accordance with the rules and regulations.

For further assistance and inquiries in relation to your water connection and/or water bill, please visit the Office of the Waterworks.

Among gipahibalo ang tanang konsumedor sa tubig nga maapektuhan sa paglimpyo ug maintenance sa atong tangke ug mga tubo sa Sitio Gezo, Baslay, Dauin, Negros Oriental.

Tungod sa maong maintenance, adunay posibilidad nga makasinati og temporaryong pagkawala sa suplay sa tubig samtang ginahimo ang paglimpyo ug pag-ayo sa tangke ug mga tubo. Kini gihimo aron masiguro ang limpyo ug maayong kalidad sa atong serbisyo sa suplay sa tubig.

For customers who have a water meter but currently have no water service, please visit the office to request a temporary disconnection. This will help prevent you from being charged monthly water bills while your service is inactive.

Please be informed that if your service connection is not temporarily disconnected, you will continue to be charged the monthly minimum flat rate, even if no water is being used.

📣NOTICE TO ALL MUNICIPAL WATER CONSUMERS📣

This is to inform all municipal water consumers who do not have a water meter or have a broken water meter that they are requested to settle their water bills under the Flat Rate Billing Scheme.

We encourage all affected consumers to avail of this scheme before the end of this year.

Please be informed that after the rehabilitation of the municipal water system, all water service connections will be equipped with functioning water meters. As part of this program, all water connections without a water meter will be subject to disconnection until the required meter is installed.

Please give this notice your immediate attention and comply as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience or interruption of your water service.
