𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 | Per Proclamation No. 1006, s. of 2025, May 1, 2026 (Friday) is declared as a 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘, in commemoration of Labor Day.

According to the Workers Statutory Monetary Benefits Handbook of 2024,, the following pay rules shall follow:

- For 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, the employer shall pay a total of 200% of the employee's wage for that day of the first eight hours (𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐱 𝟐𝟎𝟎%)
