𝟏 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐎 𝐆𝐎!

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board - Region XI reminds all all private sector establishments in the Davao Region to submit their 2025 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW). The deadline will be on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The AERW is an annual report containing the verified itemized listing of establishments’ labor components, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees and their corresponding salaries and wages.

Submission of the AERW is required under Article 124 of the Labor Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727, or the Wage Rationalization Act.

𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐒: What is the correct 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 of wages?

According to Article 103 of the Labor Code, "Wages shall be paid at least once every two (2) weeks or twice a month at intervals not exceeding sixteen (16) days.

If on account of force majeure or circumstances beyond the employer’s control, payment of wages on or within the time herein provided cannot be made, the employer shall pay the wages immediately after such force majeure or circumstances have ceased.

No employer shall make payment with less frequency than once a month."
