⚡️ SHARPENING LAW ENFORCEMENT CAPABILITIES: RHPU 11 CONDUCTS ONE-DAY LEGAL LECTURE IN DAVAO DE ORO ⚡️

The Regional Highway Patrol Unit 11 under the leadership of PLTCOL JED G CLAMOR OIC RHPU 11 , assisted by PLTCOL VENUS B ORTUYO Asst. Chief, through the Provincial Highway Patrol Team Davao de Oro led by PLTCOL RONALD ALLAN A TOLOSA Provincial Officer successfully conducted a highly productive One-Day Lecture at the Dimalupig Hall, Davao de Oro Provincial Office.

The focus of this educational initiative was DOJ Circular No. 20 (Policy on the Proactive Involvement of Prosecutors in Case Build-Up) in direct relation to Republic Act No. 10883 (The New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016). This training ensures our patrollers are fully equipped with the knowledge to build airtight cases and meet the strict evidentiary standards required for successful prosecution.

The initiative aims to equip our educators, students, and community stakeholders with essential knowledge on traffic rules, road safety measures, and defensive driving to ensure safer roads for everyone.

Our "Guardians of the Highways" are out on the streets to ensure a hassle-free morning commute by managing traffic flow to reduce congestion around school zones.

Earlier today, PLTCOL JED G CLAMOR, OIC RHPU 11 personally joined the community, teachers, and parents for the annual Brigada Eskwela at Kabacan Elementary School,Candelaria St, Ecoland Davao City.

By helping prepare the school facilities for the upcoming academic year, our team aims to bring smiles and a safer space for our future leaders.
