In pursuit of strengthening international cooperation and broadening the global perspectives of public safety leaders, the Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC) Class 2026-04 conducted an educational visit to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia on August 6, 2026.

The activity highlighted the exchange of insights on diplomatic relations, public safety governance, immigration management, and international cooperation through meaningful discussions with Consul General Agus Trenggono and key officials of the Indonesian Consulate.

The activity provided the student-officers with valuable insights into Indonesiaโ€™s diplomatic, law enforcement, and immigration systems, fostering greater understanding of regional cooperation and reinforcing the importance of international partnerships in addressing contemporary public safety challenges.

The Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course (PSOSEC) CL 2026-04, Public Safety Officers Advance Course (PSOAC) CL 2026-11&12, and Public Safety Officers Basic Course (PSOBC) CL 2026-12, under the leadership of Dr. Jinnifer D. Arroyo, MPSA, Officer-in-Charge, spearheaded the conduct of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Orientation in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), held on July 28โ€“30, 2026 at the NPC Davao Academic Building, San Francisco St., Mintal, Davao City.

The activity equipped command-level public safety officers with essential knowledge on humanitarian law, accountability, and humanitarian action, strengthening their capacity for responsible and rights-based public safety leadership.
