It was a productive day for the residents of Mt. Terrace Village HOA, Inc.

National Housing Authority ( ) XI Acting Regional Manager Engr. Shariffuddin I. Nami, joined by Mr. Noel Aleria (Estate Management Unit Head, NHA XI District 1 Office), Finance Head Mr. Eliseo Ablas, and Engr. Jeruel Obra from Technical Unit, personally attended the community's General Assembly on October 10, 2026, to discuss a topic closest to every homeowner's heart: Survey Works and Titling.

The meeting served as a great opportunity to update our beneficiaries and answer their questions regarding the path to owning their land titles.

"Tuklas Pilipinas: Statistics as Beacon Towards Inclusive, Resilient, and Sustainable Tourism"

Nakikiisa ang National Housing Authority ( ) XI sa pagdiriwang ng 37th National Statistics Month ngayong Oktubre 2026, na kumikilala sa mahalagang papel ng tumpak, napapanahon, at maaasahang datos sa pagpapalakas ng mga programa at serbisyo ng gobyerno.

Bilang ahensyang nakatuon sa pagbibigay ng ligtas, disente, at sustainable na pabahay para sa mga pamilyang Pilipino, kinikilala ng NHA ang kahalagahan ng estadistika sa pag-unawa sa pangangailangan ng mga komunidad at sa paggabay sa epektibong programa at patakaran sa pabahay.

Sa pamamagitan ng wastong paggamit ng datos at estadistika, patuloy na pinapalakas ng NHA ang mga pagsisikap nito sa paghahatid ng responsibo, epektibo, at people-centered na serbisyo sa pabahay.

The National Housing Authority (NHA) XI joins the nationwide celebration of National Shelter Month with the theme: "Tahanan, Pamayanan, Kinabukasan."

Today, October 1, 2026, the opening ceremony was successfully held at the Gaisano Mall of Davao Atrium, led by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) XI.

NHA XI was represented by Acting Division Manager Ms. Shirley S. Brion, on behalf of Acting Regional Manager Engr. Shariffuddin I. Nami.

The program commenced with a solemn Thanksgiving Mass, followed by the Welcome Message and the Official Declaration of the Opening by OIC Regional Director Randy H. Halasan of DHSUD XI.

We are united with our fellow Key Shelter Agencies: Pag-IBIG Fund, National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), and the National Home Mortgage along with partner agencies such as BSP, SSS, PSA, DTI, and the Davao City Housing Office.

NHA XI JOINS INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN-UP DAY IN THE PHILIPPINES

In observance of International Coastal Clean-up Day in the Philippines pursuant to Proclamation No. 470, issued by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, which proclaimed every third Saturday of September as International Coastal Clean-up Day in the Philippines, personnel of the National Housing Authority (NHA) XI, under the supervision of Acting Regional Manager Engr. Shariffuddin I. Nami, participated in a coastal clean-up drive today, September 19, 2026, at Brgy. Lizada, Toril, Davao City.

This initiative reflects the agency's commitment to environmental stewardship and community service. By working together to protect our coastlines, we contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable environment for the communities we serve.

It was a day of teamwork and environmental action as our personnel helped remove trash and debris from the shoreline.

We believe that building homes also means building a better, greener future for everyone.
