Orientation Seminar on Juvenile Justice & Welfare Act and Anti-Child Marriage Law

The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act protects the minors in conflict with the law by prioritizing restorative justice and rehabilitation over incarceration, while the Anti-Child Marriage Law outlaws the betrothal and marriage of anyone under 18, classifying it as child abuse.

Barangay 12-B Poblacion received two Plaques of Recognition from the DILG Davao City and City Government of Davao as Compliant Barangay in the CY 2026 Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Assessment and for passing the Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC) Performance Assessment for CY 2025

Ang mga pagkilalang ito ay sumasalamin sa sama-samang pagsisikap at pagtutulongan ng ating mga Barangay Officials, BADAC, BPOC members, volunteers, at ng buong komunidad.

Daghang salamat sa padayon nga suporta ug panaghiusa. Magpadayon pa kita sa pagpanerbisyo alang sa usa ka luwas, malinawon, ug drug-free nga barangay.
