CHED XI, DSWD XI, DepEd XI, and TESDA XI bring Project PEPA closer to 4Ps families through ONSE LIVE FDS
The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XI, through its UniFAST Unit, joined the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XI in the conduct of the ONSE LIVE: 4Ps Family Development Session on April 27, 2026, livestreamed from the CHED RO XI Function Hall.
Carrying the theme βSa FDS Onse Live, ang pamilya mag-uban sa Dugang Kaalam,β the activity served as a convergence platform for education, training, and social development support for 4Ps beneficiaries in the Davao Region. The onsite presence of CHED RO XI Regional Director Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo, CESO III, DepEd XI Regional Director Allan G. Farnazo, and TESDA XI Regional Director Dir. Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III underscored the shared commitment of the education sector to bring coordinated services and guidance closer to Filipino families.
Anchored on Project PEPA: Patuloy na Edukasyon, Patuloy na Pag-Ahon, CHED RO XI highlighted available higher education opportunities, student financial assistance, and post-secondary pathways for learners from disadvantaged sectors. During the 4Ps ONSErbisyo segment, Dr. Christopher Pio O. Pulido, Chief Education Program Specialist of CHED RO XI, presented Project PEPA and discussed support mechanisms under Republic Act No. 10931, including Free Higher Education, Tertiary Education Subsidy, and other student financial assistance opportunities.
The activity also featured discussions on career guidance, lifelong learning, TESDA training-to-employment pathways, and relevant updates for 4Ps beneficiaries.
The ONSE LIVE FDS generated strong digital engagement, recording 136,600 total views, 68,800 unique viewers, and 14,800 total interactions, including 5.3K likes, 8.2K comments, and 1.2K shares, with 754 new followers gained.
Through Project PEPA, CHED RO XI reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the A.C.H.I.E.V.E. Agenda by promoting lifelong learning pathways, strengthening inter-agency convergence, supporting evidence-informed public service, and using digital platforms to make education information more accessible to learners and families across the Davao Region.
