Under the leadership of City Director, PCOL PETER BAUZON MADRIA, Davao City Police Office (DCPO) remains unwavering in its mission to protect the city with the active support of the community and barangay officials.
During the week, DCPO conducted:
36 anti-illegal drug operations, resulting in the arrest of 39 suspects and the confiscation of 175.8100 grams of shabu (SDP: Php 1,195,508.00), and 29 grams of ma*****na (SDP: Php 3,480.00).
16 anti-illegal gambling operations, leading to the arrest of 16 gamblers, seizure of Php 3,905.00 bet money, and filing of 16 cases.
40 operations against wanted persons, arresting 40 individuals, including 18 most wanted persons.
12 operations on loose fi****ms, resulting in the arrest of 3 suspects, seizure of 3 fi****ms, 8 surrendered fi****ms, 1 turn-in for safe keeping and 2 cases filed.
In total, 98 individuals were arrested for various offenses, underscoring DCPOโs commitment to law enforcement while strictly adhering to human rights and Police Operational Procedures.
These achievements reflect not only the dedication of the men and women of DCPO but also the strong partnership with the community, barangay officials, and the Local Government Unit. Together, we continue to build a safer and more peaceful Davao City.
