The Philippine Coast Guard Officers’ Admission Board (PCGOAB) will conduct the deliberation for qualified General Line Officer (GLO) applicants on 𝟏𝟗 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Kindly check the details below, including the schedule, venue, dress code, important reminders, and the official list of qualified applicant.
𝘿𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝘾𝙊𝘿𝙀:
• Civilian applicants must be in 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢-𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞.
• PCG Non-Officers & Enlisted Personnel from other branch of services applying for Officer must be in 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 “𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚”

• Arrive on time and adhere to the designated reporting schedule for attendance and accounting purposes.
• PCG Non-Officers and Enlisted Personnel from other branches of service who are applying for Officers are required to bring an updated copy of their Summary of Information (SOI), duly authenticated by their respective Command/Unit Adjutant.
• Bring a mobile phone with a stable internet connection and ensure that you are able to access your personal ROAP account.
• Bring the original copies of documents presented during the physical verification in your respective processing area (HRMU).
• Bring your own umbrella, snacks, water, and food.

The Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao (CGDSEM) conducted the 2026 Non-Officer Deliberation Board on 06 August 2026 at the Sinaglahi Lounge, led by the District Commander, COMMO PHILIPPS Y. SORIA PCG, to evaluate the promotion of 40 non-officer personnel.
The Deliberation Board assessed 25 Petty Officer Third Class (PO3)candidates for promotion to Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) and 15 Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) candidates for promotion to Petty Officer First Class (PO1). Each candidate was evaluated based on established promotion criteria, including performance, leadership, professional competence, and overall merit.
The deliberation reflects CGDSEM's steadfast commitment to upholding a fair, transparent, and merit-based promotion system that recognizes the dedication and accomplishments of its personnel.
Through this process, the District continues to strengthen a competent, disciplined, and mission-ready workforce in support of the Philippine Coast Guard's mandate of ensuring maritime safety, maritime security, marine environmental protection, maritime search and rescue, and maritime law enforcement.

The Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao (CGDSEM), through the CGDSEM Non-Officers Promotion Board and facilitated by the Human Resource Management Unit Southeastern Mindanao (HRMU-SEM), conducted the Deliberation for the Promotion of Non-Officers on 04 August 2026 at the Sinaglahi Lounge, CGDSEM Headquarters.

A total of 41 non-officer personnel underwent the deliberation for promotion from Apprentice Seaman/Seawoman to Seaman/Seawoman Second Class (E1-E2) and from Seaman/Seawoman Second Class to Seaman First Class/Seawoman First Class (E2-E3).

The deliberation assessed each candidate's qualifications, performance, and readiness to assume greater responsibilities in the service. This initiative reflects CGDSEM's commitment to a fair, transparent, and merit-based promotion system, recognizing deserving personnel while further strengthening the operational capability and professionalism of the Philippine Coast Guard.
