In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 Conducted area security at New Valencia Integrated School during the opening of the Brigada Eskwela program. Security personnel were deployed to ensure the safety and security of participating teachers, parents, volunteers, students, and other stakeholders involved in the activity. The operation included monitoring the surrounding area, maintaining peace and order, regulating the flow of people and vehicles, and conducting visible security presence to prevent any untoward incidents held at Purok 1, Barangay New Valencia, Tugbok District Davao City.

In addition, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted dialogue with Sir Brynn Ray Montejo, Nurse of Barangay New Carmen, Tugbok District, Davao City. The discussion includes the upcoming activities of the Barangay Health Office. Especially on mass vaccination amongst the children against Polio, Rubella and Tipdas.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted a distributuon of IEC material for R**e and other laws protecting women and children ,and male residents are informed on the punishment of r**e and promote a culture of respect and safety in every home or Barangay. This initiative forms part of our continuous efforts to prevent crime, maintain public safety, and foster stronger community relations and peace and order in the area held at Purok 1, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City.

Moreover, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted Foot Patrol and Police Visibility at Purok 5, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City, as part of pro-active measures against criminality and terrorism. This activity aims to prevent any hostile activities or any incidents that may affect the peace and order of the said Barangay.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted foot Patrol and Police Visibility at Purok 3, Barangay New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City, as part of pro-active measures against criminality and terrorism. This activity aims to prevent any hostile activities or any incidents that may affect the peace and order of the said Barangay.

Moreover, conducted a House-to-House Visitation with Police Visibility at Purok 2, Brgy. New Carmen, Tugbok District, Davao City as a preventive measure to deter the resurgence of CTGs and other lawless elements. The activity also aimed to strengthen community engagement through discussions and dialogues with residents while maintaining vigilance in the area. This initiative reinforces security measures, promotes peace and order, and helps prevent criminality within the cluster’s area of responsibility.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted baranggay visitation and dialogue with Ma'am Richel Ladica, Secretary of Barangay New Carmen, Tugbok District, Davao City, regarding the upcoming activity of their Barangay that would be participated of the R-PSB Team. The said activity aims to maintain the harmonious relationship between the residents and the team.

Moreover, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted monitoring of Barangay Development Project specifically the road construction located at Purok 1, Barangay New Carmen, Tugbok District, Davao City, funded by LGSF-SBDP of the NTF-ELCAC.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted visitation of riprapping canal at Purok Mangga, Barangay. Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. This initiative aims to visit and monitor the condition of the canals to prevent unneccesary incidents and injuries to the residents.This project is funded by The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and a part of the Barangay Development Plan (BDP).

In addition, R-PSB Cluster 11&12 Conducted a Baranggay Visitation and Dialogue with Baranggay Council of Purok 1, Brgy. New Valencia, Tugbok, Davao City and discussed the peace and order situation in their area of responsibility. Further, I advised them to be observant and to immediately report any suspicious persons or activity observed within the area.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted a dialogue with Hon. Pedrito Cañedo Sr., Punong Barangay of Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City. The discussion includes the upcoming activities of the Barangay and the intensification of security in deterring lawless elements and resurgence of the CTGs in the respective Barangays.

Thereafter, R-PSB Cluster 11&12 Conducted a distribution of IEC materials of Anti-illegal drugs, also known as RA 9165 and RA 11479, known as the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020. This activity aims to promote drug awareness as a source of credible and accurate information on illicit drugs and includes intensification of area security and strengthening of close coordination as a proactive approach and deterrence of lawless elements, as well as the resurgence of CTGs in the area. Held at Purok 5, Brgy. New Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 provided area security and Police visibility during the Flores De Mayo activity held at G.K.K Sr. San Vicent Ferrer Chapel situated at Purok 1, Barangay New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City. The purpose of this activity is to conduct proactive security measures, extreme caution for possible enemy atrocities and to ensure the safety of the church goers.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted house visit and dialogue with the residents regarding NTF-ElCAC, Anti-r**e law (RA 8353) and Violence Against Women and Children (RA 9262) to the various residents of Purok Pomilo, brgy. Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. This activity aims to advance the broader goal of gender equality, as Gender Based-Violence is a major obstacle to achieving a society based on human rights, democracy, and the rule of law.

In addition, conducted a visitation in the children's play area at Purok 1, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City. The R-PSB team check the condition of the playground equipments for children safety and injury prevention. This project is one of the national government projects as part of the Barangay Development Plan (BDP).

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 provided area security and police visibility during the conducted distribution of 172 food boxes donated by the CSWDO personnel to the affected families of landfill incident held at covered court, Purok 1, Brgy. New Carmen.

Thereafter, had a dialogue with Prenie Taguibao, Social Welfare II, the topic discussed with regards the distribution of food Boxes donated by CSWDO held at Purok 1, Barangay New Carmen, Talomo District, Davao City.
