In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted a House-to-House Visitation with Police Visibility at purok 8, Brgy. New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City as a preventive measure to deter the resurgence of CTGs and other lawless elements. The activity also aimed to strengthen community engagement through discussions and dialogues with residents while maintaining vigilance in the area. This initiative reinforces security measures, promotes peace and order, and helps prevent criminality within the cluster’s area of responsibility.

In addition, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted school visitation and police visibility at Porferio L. Antipala Elementary School, Purok Mangga, Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. This activity aims to enforce laws, maintain peace and order, and ensure the safety of students and teachers of the said school.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 Initiated Pulong Pulong with the Youths situated at Purok Mangga, Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. Discussed regarding R.A 11479 ANTI-TERRORISM ACT OF 2020, R.A 8353 'Anti R**e Law, and R.A 7610 'Special Protection of Children Abuse' and indicating the contact number of the nearby Police Station and information,education campaign on R**E LAWS, SEXUAL ABUSE and other common modus operandi in case of any eventualities that require police assistance within the AOR of Purok Mangga, Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. This activity aims to address the necessary measures to conduct a responsible and collaborative police assistance.

In addition, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted visitation and monitoring of School Canteen, Quick Impact Project (QIP) at Purok 1, Brgy New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted monitoring of Magtuod SLP Association at Purok 5B, Brgy. Magtuod, Talomo District, Davao City. According to the member that this SLP has a strong and maintained profit everyday and has the capacity to expand in the following years. This Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) aims to strengthen every member by providing extra revenue to elevate their livelihood of every member of the said association.

In addition, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted a distributuon of IEC material for R**e and other laws protecting women and children ,and male residents are informed on the punishment of r**e and promote a culture of respect and safety in every home or Barangay. This initiative forms part of our continuous efforts to prevent crime, maintain public safety, and foster stronger community relations and peace and order in the area. Held at Purok Nangka, Brgy. Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted a visitation in the children's play area at Purok Mangga, Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. The R-PSB team check the condition of the playground equipments for children safety and injury prevention. This project is one of the national government projects as part of the Barangay Development Plan (BDP).

Moreover, RPSB Cluster 11&12 Conducted house visit and dialouge with the residents regarding of Anti-illegal drugs, also known as RA 9165 and RA 11479, known as the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020. This activity aims to promote drug awareness as a source of credible and accurate information on illicit drugs and includes intensification of area security and strengthening of close coordination as a proactive approach and deterrence of lawless elements, as well as the resurgence of CTGs in the area. Held at Purok 4, Brgy. New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 Initiated Foot Patrolling and Police Visibility situated at Purok 1, Brgy. New Valencia, Tugbok District, Davao City. This includes intensification of area security and strenghtening of close coordination as proactive approach and deterrence of lawless elements as well as the resurgence of CTGs in the area mostly to win the heart and minds of the community.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 Assistance was provided in security, traffic direction, and control in coordination with the Barangay Tanod of Talandang,. This was conducted particularly in Purok Mangga, Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City. The primary objective of this activity was to ensure the safety and security of the area, assist pedestrians—especially students and learners—while crossing the street, and guide motor vehicles to prevent traffic congestion and avoid accidents.

In addition, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted pulong-pulong together with the students of Purok 1, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City. The team disseminated information regarding government's campaign against terrorism, Davao City's ordinance and government assistance program. In addition, they are also encouraged to report to authorities any movement/sightings of Communist Terrorist Groups (CTG's) monitored in their area.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the NTF-ELCAC, the RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted monitoring to the Food Feeding Area of Biao Joaquin Day Care Center, as a Quick Impact Project (QIP) at Purok 1, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City. This monitoring aims to check the condition of the Quick Impact Project.

Thereafter, RPSB Cluster 11&12 conducted visitation of the constructed Multi Purpose Building of Barangay Biao Joaquin, at Purok 1, Barangay Biao Joaquin, Calinan District, Davao City. This project is one of the national government projects as part of the Barangay Development Plan (BDP).
