HEROES COME ALIVE ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Discover the Past. Inspire the Present. Imagine the Future.

History came alive at Magallanes Elementary School, Davao Central District on September 2โ€“3 as our learners stepped beyond the pages of their lessons and brought remarkable Filipino heroes to life.

Through Heroes Come Alive, a joint program of Filipino and Araling Panlipunan, learners explored history through creativity, confidence, and meaningful representation. More than a showcase of costumes, the activity became an opportunity to appreciate the lives, sacrifices, and values of those who helped shape our nation.

The success of this meaningful learning experience was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Filipino School Coordinator Marivic Ignacio and Araling Panlipunan School Coordinator Leslay Revalliv , with the continued support of School Principal Vi-Cherry Ultiano Ledesma and Davao Central District Supervisor Marilyn Marcelo.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our learners for their enthusiastic participation and to our supportive parents whose time, creativity, and dedication brought each character to life. Your partnership exemplifies how collaboration between school and home can make learning more engaging, relevant, and memorable.

May this experience inspire our learners to look beyond the names and faces of our heroes and embrace the values they representโ€”courage, service, resilience, patriotism, and love for others.

After all, we learn about the heroes of yesterday not only to remember their stories, but to inspire the heroes of tomorrow.

Today, they portray heroes. Tomorrow, they may become one.
