To serve as front liner and effective mechanism of Local Government Units within Barangay Paciano Bangoy’s jurisdiction in coordination with Local, National Agencies, Non-Government Organization, Community-based institutions or organizations operating in the area, implements notable programs and projects and enact ordinances for social upliftment by providing and delivering better public service for the people in conformity to what they had vowed to perform as mandated. Vision:
The Barangay visualized the improvement and upliftment of the living condition of its constituents through gradual and sustainable growth of their primary source of income and provision of livelihood projects, providing better Health Services, Education, minimize if not eradicate totally any form of criminality and encourage constituents participation in every Barangay Activities and programs. Goals:
Exhaust all possibilities that land ownership will be obtained considering the Barangay is 80% informal settlers;
• Improved performance of Barangay administrations effective governance. Appropriate social services programs for development and environment management that preserved; Mother Nature.
• Education must be given emphasis, construction of more Day Care Centers or home-based institutions or tutorial facilities;
• Sustain/Maintain peace & order conditions and public safety must be the bottom line of these endeavours.
