Army Units and Agencies joined hands through CAA CARES to bring essential services closer to CAFGU Active Auxiliaries (CAAs) and their families.

From medical and dental services to PSA services and other forms of assistance, CAA CARES brought partners together for one purpose, to support the CAAs who help protect our communities and the families who stand behind them.

Because caring for those who serve is a shared responsibility.

This is CAA CARES. This is partnership in action.

The 25th Infantry (Fireball) Battalion, in partnership with the Municipalities of New Bataan, Maragusan, and Nabunturan, the 534th Engineering Construction Battalion, 10th Station Hospital, 10th Dental Detachment, government agencies, and other stakeholders, conducted CAA CARES to bring essential services and support closer to CAFGU Active Auxiliaries (CAAs) and their families.

Initiated by the Fireball Battalion in recognition of the service and sacrifices of CAAs, the activity provided CAA personnel and their dependents with access to medical and dental services, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) services, and other forms of assistance.

More than an outreach activity, CAA CARES demonstrates what can be achieved through collaboration among the military, local government units, government agencies, and other partners. By bringing their respective services together, the initiative helps address the needs of CAAs and their families while recognizing their contribution to sustaining peace, security, and development in their communities.

Through CAA CARES, the Fireball Battalion and its partners reinforce a shared commitment: supporting those who serve also means caring for the families who stand behind them.

The Fireball Battalion and its partners conducted "CAA Cares," a medical and dental mission providing free healthcare services to CAFGU Active Auxiliaries (CAAs) and their families. This marks the second mission of its kind this year.

During the event, beneficiaries received medical checkups, treatments, and essential health supplies. This initiative brings vital healthcare services directly to CAAs and their dependents.

The Fireball Battalion recognizes that supporting our CAAs requires caring for the families standing behind them. "CAA Cares" reinforces a core unit commitment: those who protect our communities earn the right to be cared for in return.

𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐏𝐓𝐂 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐨

The TESDA Provincial Training Center–Davao de Oro (PTC-DDO) conducted a 16-day construction skills training for CAFGU Active Auxiliary personnel and Enlisted Personnel at Headquarters 25IB, Camp Kalaw, Monkayo, Davao de Oro.

In coordination with the Monkayo Skills Training and Assessment Center (MonSTAC), participants completed Micro-Credential Courses in Plaster Wall Surface and Fundamentals of Construction Painting under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).

The training strengthens practical skills that personnel can use not only in service, but also for future livelihood and employment opportunities. It also reinforces the continuing partnership between TESDA PTC-DDO and 25IB in investing in the welfare and long-term development of personnel.

A team from the Headquarters Philippine Army, together with representatives from the 10th Infantry Division, visited the Headquarters of the 25th Infantry (Fireball) Battalion at Camp Kalaw, Monkayo, Davao de Oro, on 29 September 2026.

The visit focused on assessing the readiness and welfare of CAA personnel as they continue to serve their communities and support the Philippine Army’s mission of preserving peace and security in Davao de Oro.
