The first day of the TibungcoWenYouth Leadership Conference 2026 became even more meaningful as participants took part in a series of interactive team-building activities facilitated by our dedicated Purok Youth Leader (PYL) Facilitators.

Through exciting challenges and engaging group activities, delegates strengthened their communication, teamwork, trust, creativity, and problem-solving skills while building meaningful connections with fellow youth leaders from different organizations and schools.

More than just games, every activity was designed to demonstrate that effective leadership is built on collaboration, mutual respect, and the willingness to support one another in achieving a common goal.

A heartfelt thank you to our PYL Facilitators for leading each activity with enthusiasm, patience, and passion. Your dedication created an environment where participants felt encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, work as one, and discover the true value of teamwork.

Together, we continue to build leaders who are ready to create positive change—one challenge, one team, and one community at a time. 💚🌱

After a successful pre-conference, the journey continues as the TibungcoWenYouth Leadership Conference 2026 officially begins!

Youth leaders from across Barangay Tibungco are now embarking on two days of learning, collaboration, team-building, and leadership development. Building on the ideas and community insights gathered during the pre-conference, participants will continue to strengthen their leadership competencies, deepen their commitment to service, and transform their visions into meaningful actions for the community.

As we learn together, lead together, and grow together, may this conference inspire every young leader to become a catalyst for positive change and an active partner in building a better Barangay Tibungco.

Our Filipino Sign Language (FSL) Workshop 3.0 is officially underway!

Participants are now engaging in interactive learning sessions aimed at developing basic Filipino Sign Language skills while fostering greater awareness of Deaf culture and the importance of inclusive communication. Through hands-on activities and meaningful discussions, this workshop empowers participants to become advocates for accessibility, empathy, and equal opportunities for all.

As we learn together, communicate beyond words, and embrace inclusivity, may this initiative inspire everyone to help build a community where every individual is valued and no one is left behind.

The youth leaders of Barangay Tibungco gathered at the Friendly Homes Gymnasium for a meaningful pre-conference with the theme:

"Discover. Create. Develop.: Turning Community Insights Into Impact."

The activity brought together passionate young leaders from different sectors of our community, where they were grouped into collaborative teams to identify community needs, exchange ideas, and develop impactful initiatives that will create positive change for Barangay Tibungco. More than just a workshop, it became a platform for strengthening leadership, encouraging innovation, and empowering the youth to actively participate in nation-building.

A heartfelt thank you to our resource speaker, Mr. Matias Regis, for facilitating engaging and insightful activities that challenged participants to think critically, work collaboratively, and lead with purpose.

We are also proud of our reigning Hiyas ng Tibungco, Shane Francine Medidas, who shared her inspiring advocacy, reminding everyone that leadership begins with service and a genuine commitment to the community.

This is only the beginning. Together, we continue to discover opportunities, create solutions, and develop a stronger generation of youth leaders who are ready to make a lasting impact. See you at our Leadership Conference!

𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 | 𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔✨

The Tibungco Artist Guild (TAG) has successfully conducted its day 1 of dance workshop last July 11, 2026 (Saturday) at Training Hall, Barangay Tibungco.

Under the expert guidance of coach Dowlson Brian Jadjuli, our dedicated dancers pushed their limits, refined their techniques, and grooved to the beat. The passion in that room was undeniable!

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned for Day 2!

The Tibungco Artist Guild (TAG) successfully wrapped up Day 2 of the Singing Workshop last July 04, 2026, at the Barangay Tibungco Training Hall!

From warm-ups to stage presence, our talented participants continue to shine and grow with every note. Huge thanks to our mentor, Kaycee Asis, volunteers, and everyone who showed up with passion and dedication.
