TABOK 2024 was drafted and planned over approximately eight months, with the majority of attendees at the meeting unanimously concurring through a vote. The 18 SK Chairpersons of Tugbok District are fully aware of the changes and updates regarding the formulation of the TABOK event. The planning began with the SK Tugbok District officials' team-building kick-off event, ENCUENTRO 2024, held at Brgy. Biao Guianga.
Furthermore, the TABOK event was formulated with a matrix followed by the SK Chairpersons. This matrix included the Technical Working Group, event schedules, and other tasks handled by the SK Chairpersons, with prior notice given to them both during the planning and final delegation phases. Each SK Chairperson was assigned specific tasks and held responsible for the events designated to them.
Moreover, the TABOK event would not be possible without a budget. Therefore, the federation of Tugbok District, with the participation of all SK Chairpersons, decided to contribute funds. The total amount contributed is based on the Annual Budget or NTA of each SK Barangay:
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 100,000 to 1,000,000 shall contribute โฑ10,000.00;
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 1,000,001 to 1,500,000 shall contribute โฑ15,000.00;
* SK Barangays with an Annual Budget of 1,500,001 and above shall contribute โฑ20,000.00.
These contributions were unanimously agreed upon during the 2nd Regular Meeting and have been properly documented. Along with the matrix provided to all SK Chairpersons, necessary adjustments to schedules, venues, and mechanics were made to accommodate their considerations. The SK Chairpersons were given approximately two months to submit their contributions, with the deadline set for today, September 26, 2024.
For transparency, here is the current status of the SK Barangays regarding their TABOK contributions. In the provided matrix, the culmination date is set for September 29, 2024, but due to the current situation, there may be a one-week extension. Rest assured, we will do our best to follow up with the remaining SK Chairpersons who have not yet settled their contributions to ensure the event's culmination proceeds as planned.
