COUNTER ORGANIZING

Conducted various R-PSB community activities at Purok 1 and Purok 10, Barangay Sirib, Calinan District, Davao City, including area security and police visibility during Elderly Filipino Week 2026, a lecture on RA 9994 – Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, barangay visitation and dialogue on disaster preparedness, and the distribution of donated essential goods to a resident in need. IEC materials on E-CLIP, crime prevention, emergency hotlines, anti-terrorism, anti-rape, VAWC, and dangerous drugs laws were also distributed to promote community awareness, safety, and active participation.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the whole-of-nation approach of the NTF-ELCAC, personnel of Davao City Police Office – Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay Cluster 4 conducted Monthly Rank Inspection at Old Barangay Hall, Barangay Riverside, Calinan District, Davao City. The inspection focused on the proper wearing and prescribed use of the Patrol Shirt, Tactical Pants, Bull Cap, and Duty Rig, emphasizing proper uniformity, appearance, and discipline in accordance with PNP uniform "TAMANG BIHIS" standards. The activity concluded successfully, with all personnel reminded to strictly comply with the prescribed uniform and grooming standards.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the whole-of-nation approach of the NTF-ELCAC, DCPO RPSB CLUSTER 4 attended the Monthly Barangay Session led by Hon. Jocelyn E Alcaria, Punong Barangay and conducted Lecture & Information Dissemination during Barangay Session at Purok 1, Barangay Riverside, Calinan District, Davao City. Topic discussed regarding peace and order situation, Anti Bastos Law and Reiterated the conduct of Anti Bullying Awareness Symposium to the schools of the said Barangay. Furthermore, instructed to report any illegal activities noted within his area of responsibility.

Riverside, Calinan District Davao City. This initiative aims to provide clear and accurate information, raise awareness about important community issues, educate people and promote informed decision-making, encourage community participation, promote positive behavior and support effective program implementation.

R-psb Cluster 4 personnel Conducted joint checkpoint operation together with Police Station 20 at Purok 1 Barangay Biao Escuela Calinan District, Davao City. This operation is to deter criminality by preventing the movement of lawless elements, armed groups, and wanted fugitives; enforce traffic laws by checking valid driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, and required safety equipment such as helmets and seatbelts; intercept contraband by detecting and seizing illegal fi****ms, prohibited drugs, and stolen vehicles; verify identities and documents; and secure vital areas and major entry or exit points, particularly during emergencies, high-risk situations, and elections, thereby maintaining public safety and deterring unlawful activities through a visible law-enforcement presence.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

The R-psb Cluster 4 Personnel Conducted dialogue to Mrs. Rodevena Montefalcon of, Sirib National High School, Barangay Sirib, Calinan District, Davao City, as part of the continuing community engagement and peace and security efforts in the School. The activity aimed to strengthen communication and cooperation between the security personnel and the local community, as well as to gain a better understanding of the concerns, issues, and security-related matters affecting the residents. During the dialogue, Teachers were encouraged to openly share their observations, concerns, and suggestions regarding peace and order in the school, community safety, and other matters that may affect the welfare of the community.

Furthermore, Conducted area security operations during the conduct of regular classes at Sirib National High School, Purok 4, Barangay Sirib, Calinan District, Davao City, in coordination with the duty CSU personnel assigned in the area. The activity was undertaken to help maintain peace, order, and security within and around the school premises and to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, teachers, and school personnel.
