𝐃𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨 𝐋. 𝐔𝐲.

The inspection reflects the shared commitment of the Congressional Office and TESDA to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure projects that will further enhance the delivery of quality technical-vocational education and training services to the people of Davao del Norte.

🌿 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒, 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐒𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐋 𝐒𝐔𝐑! 🌿 The Training Induction Program (TIP) was successfully conducted for the 22 beneficiaries on Landscape Installation and Maintenance (Softscape) NC II at Magsaysay Central Elementary School. This initiative is made possible under the Tuloy sa Pag-asenso Program endorsed by the Local Government Unit of Magsaysay under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Arthur D. Davin, CE, in partnership with Colegio de Ostaci, Inc. and TESDA Davao del Sur led by Provincial Director Dir. Mohaisen R. Manalao, REB, MAEd.

During the activity, trainees were given an orientation on their training expectations, responsibilities, and scholarship benefits—guided by TESD Specialist II / Provincial Scholarship Focal Jenquie Karen N. Alinsonorin and training staff. Through quality TVET, we continue to empower local communities with sustainable skills, greener environments, and better livelihood opportunities!

On July 15, 2026, a Training Induction Program (TIP) was successfully conducted for 23 endorsed scholars from the Local Government Unit of Bansalan for Driving NC II, in partnership with Mindanao Skills Development Technological Sciences, Inc.The activity provided the scholars with a comprehensive orientation on their training journey, responsibilities, and the exciting opportunities awaiting them under the TESDA scholarship programs.

This initiative highlights the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 led by TESDA Region XI Regional Director Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III. The program is dedicated to equipping learners with industry-ready skills, national certification, and pathways to better employment. 🇵🇭✨

𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐓 | TESDA XI conducted the Internal Quality Audit of the Regional Office on August 5, 2026 as part of its continuing commitment to maintain an effective Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The audit provided an opportunity to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the delivery of programs and services.

𝐂𝐓𝐂-𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐂𝐎𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐌𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 | TESDA CTC-IGACOS, represented by Center Adminaistrator Vincent S. Hinay, actively participated in the Relocation and Resettlement Action Plan (RRAP) Workshop for the San Miguel Relocation Project, organized by the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) in coordination with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region XI. The workshop served as a platform to discuss the legal, social, technical, institutional, and implementation requirements necessary for the successful relocation and resettlement of affected families.

During the workshop, TESDA CTC-IGACOS presented its proposed interventions to support the project's livelihood component, including beneficiary profiling and a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify appropriate skills development programs based on the needs of the affected families.

TESDA Davao de Oro and DepEd Division of Davao de Oro successfully conducted a coordination meeting on August 5, 2026 at the DepEd Division Office.

This joint effort clarified the implementation of DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026, harmonized the dual roles of DepEd teachers as TESDA-accredited assessors, and established clear coordination protocols for competency assessments, NTTC applications, and renewal of National Certificates.

Key directives and guidance from both offices ensured alignment of policies, streamlined certification processes, and 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐓𝐕𝐋 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬.

These initiatives aim to expand employment opportunities, enhance workforce readiness, and improve access to government services for the people of Davao Occidental.
