A Training Induction Program was successfully conducted by the TESDA Davao del Sur Cluster, led by Dir. Mohaisen R. Manalao, REB, MAED. through the Provincial Training Center-Davao del Sur, in partnership with the Office of Congressman John Tracy F. Cagas.

The ceremony marked the successful completion of the trainees' skills training program, recognizing their dedication and commitment to enhancing their competencies in coconut production. Through this training, the graduates gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that will help improve productivity and create sustainable livelihood opportunities in the agriculture sector.

The activity recognized their completion of hands-on training and workplace immersion in various agricultural operations at the training institution.

As part of their OJT experience, the students underwent competency-based training aligned with industry standards in agriculture.
