CTE Student Leaders Take Oath for Academic Year 2026–2027
The Commission on Student Elections (COMSELEC) of Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. successfully conducted the CTE Oath-Taking and Acceptance Ceremony for the newly elected officers of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) for Academic Year 2026–2027. The ceremony was held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, bringing together student leaders, faculty members, and guests in a meaningful celebration of leadership and service.
The program opened with a prayer, an audio-visual presentation, and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by the opening remarks of COMSELEC Chair Hannah May Alinsonorin. Ms. Mayvann Digal, outgoing CTE Governor, formally turned over the responsibilities of the office to the newly elected Governor, Divine Rose Castillo, who accepted the role with gratitude and commitment. Dr. Agnes P. Mascariñas, CTE Dean, also delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the officers to lead with integrity and dedication.
The Oath-Taking Proper was presided over by Ms. Rosalie E. Caminero, Director of the Office of Student Services and Affairs (OSSA), followed by the awarding of certificates to the newly elected officers. Kelvin King Aradillos, SSG President, delivered the first closing remarks, congratulating the new leaders and encouraging them to serve with purpose and unity. The OSSA Director concluded the ceremony with a final message, reminding the officers to uphold the values of responsible and servant leadership. The event ended with the singing of the Rizal Memorial Colleges Hymn, officially marking the beginning of the officers' term of service.
