Panacan Fire Station spearheaded by the Station Commander, SFO4 Charles G Abaring, with the guidance of the District Fire Marshal, FSUPT DONALD R CONCEPCION, through the leadership of the Regional Director, FCSUPT RIZALDE M CASTRO, successfully conducted the Fire Fighting Brigade Training at Philippine Japan Active Carbon Corporation Brgy. Panacan, Davao City.

The BFP personnel of Panacan Fire Station impart the knowledge about firefighting skills to the Brigade of PJAC Company as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen workplace safety and emergency preparedness.

During the session, participants were familiarized all the equipment for firefighting with a brief fire chemistry, fire detection, and proper handling of standpipe hose and fire extinguishers and emphasized the importance of teamwork and quick response in preventing fire-related injuries and property damage. Through this initiative, Sumifru Company reinforces its commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees while maintaining compliance with fire safety standards.

The Panacan Fire Station extends its appreciation to the management and workforce of PJAC Company for their active participation and cooperation in promoting community fire safety and preparedness.

The activity aimed to enhance the personnelโ€™s knowledge and proficiency in radio communication, proper radio procedures, and effective coordination during emergency response and other operational activities.

Earlier today, Panacan Fire Station spearheaded by SFO4 Charles G Abaring, Station Commander, with the guidance of the District Fire Marshal, FSUPT DONALD R CONCEPCION, through the leadership of the Regional Director, FCSUPT RIZALDE M CASTRO conducted a personnel meeting to discuss important matters concerning the stationโ€™s operational readiness, administrative concerns, operational matters, and upcoming activities.

The meeting provided an opportunity to align responsibilities, strengthen coordination, and ensure that all personnel remain prepared and committed to delivering efficient and responsive fire and emergency services to the community.
