A meaningful day of service, unity, and community engagement as the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) carries forward its commitment to promoting peace, security, and responsive public service within the community.

GOLES, Acting Chief, City Community Affairs and Development Unit, Davao City Police Office for their leadership guidance and continued support in strengthening police-community partnerships and advancing initiatives that bring essential services closer to the people.

Our Radio Communication and Emergency Response Volunteers are honored to have been part of this meaningful undertaking, working alongside the police government agencies partner organizations and fellow volunteers in providing assistance and supporting the successful implementation of Oplan KALINAW III.

On September 20, 2026, at Sitio Ladian, Barangay Marilog, Marilog District, Davao City, a meaningful Dental and Anti-Rabies Mission was conducted bringing essential health and veterinary services closer to the community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club of Historic Filipino Town, together with all the generous sponsors, partners, and volunteers—especially the Department of Health (DOH) Region XI and the City Veterinarian Office XI for their invaluable support and significant contributions to the success of this mission.

Through the collective efforts of everyone involved, 44 children and adults from the Obu Manuvu Tribe received dental services and assistance. In addition 12 domestic dogs and cats were vaccinated against rabies helping promote community health animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

This meaningful mission was made possible through the initiative and dedication of Recon Delta Charlie whose collective team effort especially under the leadership of our Chapter Governor DC-113 helped make this activity possible. Their commitment to serving the community brought together volunteers sponsors, and partners for one common purpose to help those in need.

One act of generosity can touch many lives. One mission can create a lasting impact.

When organizations, volunteers, and generous individuals unite, service becomes more than an action it becomes hope for the community.

ON THIS DAY | SEPTEMBER 12, 2026

Under the leadership of the DCPO CCADU, headed by PMAJ Jake Goles, and in coordination with PS-17 Baliok, led by PMAJ Jemuel Mamolang, a surveillance and foot patrol operation was conducted along Barangay Baliok, together with RECON Delta Charlie XI.

This joint effort aims to strengthen police visibility, community safety, and security, while fostering stronger cooperation between law enforcement and community volunteers.

As a force multiplier, RECON Delta Charlie XI remains committed to being ready to serve, ready to respond, and ready to stand with the community whenever needed.
