In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a visitation in Barangay Daliaon Plantation, Toril District, Davao City, as part of the Anti-Criminality Campaign. The activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between the police and the community, enhance police visibility, and promote collaboration in crime prevention initiatives. It also sought to foster mutual trust and cooperation between law enforcement personnel and local residents in maintaining peace and order within the barangay.

Furthermore, R-PSB personnel conducted a dialogue with Barangay Secretary Mrs. Josefina O. Gilbero at Purok 2, Barangay Daliaon Plantation, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion focused on the barangay's upcoming activities for the week, which are geared toward reducing criminality in the area. Strategies discussed included the conduct of community patrols, the implementation of neighborhood watch programs, and awareness campaigns designed to encourage active community participation in crime prevention efforts.

A Small Group Discussion (SGD) was also conducted with members of the barangay council regarding Republic Act No. 8353, otherwise known as the Anti-Rape Law of 1997, at Purok 3, Barangay Daliaon Plantation, Toril District, Davao City. In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a series of community engagement activities within Toril District, Davao City. A school visitation was conducted at Alambre National High School, located at Purok 3, Barangay Alambre, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between the school and law enforcement authorities, promote a safe and secure learning environment, and monitor the welfare, behavior, and discipline of students within the area of responsibility.

Likewise, personnel conducted a school visitation at Camansi Elementary School, located at Purok 5, Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. The activity served to enhance cooperation between the educational institution and law enforcement personnel, ensure the safety and security of learners, and assess student welfare and discipline in support of a conducive learning environment.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a dialogue with several motorists at Purok 4, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril, Davao City, who were observed not wearing helmets while driving. During the engagement, the personnel emphasized the importance of complying with traffic laws, particularly the mandatory use of helmets, to ensure the safety of motorists, passengers, and other road users. The activity aimed to raise awareness on road safety and promote responsible driving behavior within the community.

Likewise, R-PSB Cluster 3 personnel conducted a security survey at a sari-sari store located in Purok 3, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril, Davao City. During the visit, the store owner was advised to display emergency hotline numbers in a visible area, remain vigilant of their surroundings, and immediately report any suspicious individuals or activities to the authorities. The owner was also reminded not to sell alcoholic beverages and ci******es to minors, as such acts are prohibited by law and may result in corresponding fines and penalties.

Furthermore, personnel conducted the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials in Purok 3, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril District, Davao City. The IEC materials focused on Anti-Theft Awareness under Republic Act No. 10344, police station contact information, and the dangers of spreading fake news. The activity sought to educate residents on crime prevention, enhance public awareness of available police assistance during emergencies, and encourage responsible sharing of information to help maintain peace, order, and security in the barangay.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB CL-3 attended and provided area security assistance during the Flag-Raising Ceremony held at Purok 5, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to support barangay programs through the visible presence of PNP personnel, ensuring the observance of ceremonial protocols, maintaining public order, and strengthening community-police relations.

Personnel likewise attended the Regular Barangay Session presided over by Hon. Allan Padin, Punong Barangay, together with the Barangay Council members at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. Discussions focused on barangay issues and concerns, People's Organizations (POs), the Peace and Barangay Resolution Action Plan (PBRAP), and the overall peace and order situation within the community. The activity aimed to demonstrate support for barangay governance initiatives and promote a culture of security.

During the Brigada Eskwela 2026 Parade conducted at Bangkas Elementary School, Purok 5, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril District, Davao City, area security was effectively provided to ensure the safety and orderly movement of participants, including students, teachers, parents, and community stakeholders. Security personnel maintained a visible presence along the parade route, monitored crowd activities, managed traffic flow, and coordinated with local authorities to prevent any untoward incidents.

As part of the ongoing Brigada Eskwela 2026 activities, personnel donated painting materials to Alambre Agricultural National High School located at Purok 3, Barangay Alambre, Toril District, Davao City. In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), R-PSB CL-3 initiated the distribution of food packs consisting of rice and canned goods at Purok 2, Barangay Mulig, Toril District, Davao City. This outreach activity aimed to provide assistance to less fortunate individuals in the community by offering much-needed support and promoting solidarity among residents.

Furthermore, R-PSB CL-3 conducted a dialogue with Hon. Freddie Peresores, Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Mulig, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion focused on peace and order, as well as security measures within the community. The activity aimed to strengthen coordination, build good rapport with local officials, and promote a culture of security among residents.

In addition, R-PSB CL-3 initiated a dialogue with Mr. Raymund M. Antiola, Science Specialist II of DARCES, Mulig, Toril District, Davao City, to request vegetable and fruit seedlings intended for farmer-beneficiaries in the area. This initiative aimed to support environmental protection efforts through tree planting and climate change preparedness, while also promoting sustainable livelihood opportunities for local farmers.

Subsequently, DARCES, through Mr. Raymund M. Antiola and its staff, turned over 120 assorted vegetable seedlings to R-PSB CL-3. The activity aimed to help achieve self-sufficiency in vegetable production, increase agricultural productivity through the distribution of quality seedlings and high-yielding varieties, and support farmers’ associations within the cluster.

The turnover activity was successfully conducted through the cooperation of R-PSB CL-3, local officials, and farmer-beneficiaries. The distributed seedlings are expected to contribute to increased vegetable production and provide additional income opportunities for the beneficiaries. Overall, the activity successfully supported local farmers by enhancing food production, promoting sustainable agriculture, and improving the daily lives of community members.

The activity aimed to raise awareness about the legal implications and negative effects of illegal gambling, encourage responsible behavior among the youth, and strengthen community participation in maintaining peace and order within the barangay.

Personnel also conducted the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials at Purok 3, Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City, to raise awareness on Anti-Theft Law (R.A. 10344), provide police station contact information, and remind the community about the dangers of spreading fake news. In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of DCPO RPSB Cluster 3, conducted a dialogue with Mrs. Flordiliza C. Abejona at Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City, regarding matters related to barangay appropriations and budget management. During the discussion, Mrs. Abejona emphasized the importance of effective financial planning, transparency, and accountability in the allocation of barangay funds for community programs and development projects. She also discussed the vital role of the Committee on Appropriations in ensuring that available resources are properly distributed to support public services, infrastructure development, health and sanitation programs, and other initiatives beneficial to the residents of Barangay Camansi.

Additionally, DCPO RPSB Cluster 3 initiated an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) distribution and group discussion with the residents of Purok 3, Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. The activity focused on NTF-ELCAC and Anti-Terrorism Awareness, R.A. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act), E-CLIP Program, PNP Hotline Numbers, R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), and R.A. 8353 (Anti-Rape Law of 1997). Allan Padin, Punong Barangay, held at Purok 3, Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion focused on peace and order as well as the implementation of security measures within the barangay. This activity aimed to strengthen coordination with barangay officials, support community-based initiatives, and promote a culture of security among residents.

Furthermore, RPSB Cluster 3 distributed food packs to selected residents of Purok 3, Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City, as part of the community assistance initiative intended to support local farmers and help alleviate the effects of economic challenges being experienced by vulnerable households.

In addition, area security was strictly maintained during the release of the quarterly senior citizen subsidy at Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. Barangay officials, barangay tanods, and assigned security personnel were strategically deployed around the venue to ensure safety, maintain peace and order, manage the crowd, assist senior citizens, and monitor entry and exit points for the smooth and orderly conduct of the distribution process.
