In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted the distribution of a food pack to a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril District, Davao City. This activity formed part of the community assistance initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable households and helping alleviate the impact of current economic challenges. The initiative also strengthened the partnership between the police and the community through humanitarian assistance.

Personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a house visitation in Purok 5, Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to strengthen the Anti-Criminality Campaign by enhancing police visibility and fostering stronger rapport between the community and the Philippine National Police. The activity focused on raising public awareness of the Anti-Carnapping Act (R.A. No. 10883), providing the police station's contact information for emergency assistance, and reminding residents of the dangers and consequences of spreading fake news. It also aimed to educate the community on the harmful effects of illegal drugs, encourage prompt reporting of incidents, and promote responsible information sharing to help maintain peace, order, and public safety within the barangay.

The activity focused on raising public awareness on Anti-Carnapping under Republic Act No. 10883, providing the contact information of the local police station for emergency assistance, and reminding residents of the dangers and consequences of spreading fake news. The activity aimed to strengthen community awareness, encourage cooperation with law enforcement, and promote responsible information sharing to help maintain peace and order in the barangay.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 attended and provided area security during the Flag-Raising Ceremony held at Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to support barangay programs by ensuring a visible police presence, maintaining public order, observing ceremonial protocols, and strengthening police-community relations.

Personnel also attended the Regular Barangay Session presided over by Hon. John Gil Pombo, Punong Barangay, together with the members of the Barangay Council, at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. Matters discussed included the barangay's current issues and concerns, People's Organizations, the Performance-Based Roadmap and Action Plan (PBRAP), the peace and order situation, and updates on the installation of QIP solar lights. The activity demonstrated the Philippine National Police's continued support for local governance initiatives and promoted a culture of security within the community.

Furthermore, personnel initiated a Small Group Discussion (SGD) with the Barangay Tanods of Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion focused on the barangay's peace and order situation, existing security measures, and the importance of close coordination between community stakeholders and the PNP. The activity also served to strengthen rapport and encourage active community participation in maintaining peace and security.

R-PSB Cluster 3 also conducted a school visitation at Bankas Heights Elementary School, located at Purok 5, Barangay Bangkas Heights, Toril District, Davao City. The visitation aimed to strengthen the partnership between the school and the Philippine National Police, promote a safe and secure learning environment, and monitor the welfare, discipline, and safety of students within the area of responsibility.

During the same activity, personnel conducted a dialogue with Ms. Kristine Joy Pausal, Civil Security Unit (CSU) personnel and School Guard of Bankas Heights Elementary School. The discussion centered on the school's existing security measures, safety concerns, and the enhancement of coordination between school authorities and law enforcement to ensure the protection and well-being of students, teaching personnel, and school staff.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted the distribution of food packs consisting of rice and canned goods to indigent residents at Purok 2, Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. This outreach activity aimed to provide essential assistance to less fortunate members of the community while fostering solidarity and strengthening the partnership between the police and the public.

During the conduct of patrol operations, personnel encountered a senior citizen who appeared physically exhausted due to prolonged walking. Immediate assistance was rendered by safely escorting the individual back to their residence. The senior citizen arrived home safely and expressed sincere gratitude for the assistance provided. This intervention helped prevent potential health risks or accidents resulting from exhaustion and demonstrated the personnel's commitment to delivering prompt, compassionate, and people-centered public service, particularly to vulnerable members of the community.

Furthermore, personnel conducted a small group discussion with the youth at Purok 7, Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to inspire and encourage young people to actively participate in sports as a positive and productive alternative to illegal drug use. This activity aims to build good rapport and promote culture of security.

Conducted distribution of IEC materials at Purok 3, Brgy. Daliaon Plantation, Toril District, Davao City, to raise awareness on Anti Theft or R.A 10344 and provide police station contact information, and remind the community about the dangers of spreading fake news. This activity aimed to educate residents on the harmful effects of illegal drugs, ensure they know how to contact the police in case of emergencies, and promote responsible information sharing to help maintain peace and order in the barangay.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 Conducted a school visitation at Mulig Elementary School , located at Purok 3, Brgy. Mulig, Toril District, Davao City. This activity aimed to strengthen the relationship between the school and law enforcement, promote a safe and secure learning environment, and monitor the welfare and discipline of students within the area of responsibility.

Conducted the distribution of a food pack to a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Mulig Toril District, Davao City, as part of the community assistance initiative aimed at supporting local farmers and alleviating the impact of economic challenges on vulnerable households.

Had a dialogue with several motorists at Purok 4, Brgy. Mulig Toril, Davao City who were not wearing helmets. Personnel from this cluster reminded them of the importance of always obeying traffic rules especially wearing helmets when driving for their own safety and the safety of others. The purpose of this engagement was to raise awareness about road safety and encourage responsible driving behavior in the community.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 A dialogue was conducted with Mr. Armando Blando, Head Teacher IV of Alambre National HighSchool, located in Purok 4, Barangay Alambre, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion focused onidentifying the school's priority needs that can be addressed through relevant projects and activities. Emphasis was given to developing programs thatwould provide students with meaningful learningexperiences while enhancing their academic, personal, and social development. The dialogue also strengthened collaboration between the school and stakeholders in planning initiatives thatwill benefit the learners and the school community.

A seminar on child-related laws was conducted for parents and caregivers at Alambre NationalHigh School, located in Purok 4, Barangay Alambre, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to increase awareness of children's rightsand the legal provisions that protect them whilestrengthening the role of parents and caregivers in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. Topics discussed included parental responsibilities, child protection policies, and the prevention of child abuse, neglect, and exploitation. The seminar also featured an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session, enabling participants to betterunderstand their responsibilities in safeguarding the welfare and best interests of every child.

A dialogue was conducted with Retired Police Colonel Mr. Jeny Vargas Piore regarding the implementation of security and safety measureswithin the premises of Alambre National High School, located in Purok 4, Barangay Alambre, Toril District, Davao City. The discussion centeredon strengthening campus security, promoting crime prevention strategies, and ensuring thesafety and well-being of learners, teachers, and other school personnel. Key topics included emergency preparedness, visitor management, the maintenance of a secure learning environment, and the importance of collaboration among theschool, parents, and the community in addressing safety concerns. The dialogue generatedvaluable recommendations to further enhancethe school's security practices and promotea safe and conducive learning environment.
