Light to Moderate to Occasionally Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Balingasag, Lagonglong, Salay, Jasaan, Tagoloan, Villanueva, CagayanDeOroCity, CityOfElSalvador, Alubijid, Opol), (Malitbog, ManoloFortich, Libona), (Socorro, SiargaoIsland), , (Lingig, CityOfBislig, Lianga, SanAgustin, Marihatag, SanMiguel), (Rosario, Bunawan, Trento, SanFrancisco, Prosperidad, CityOfBayugan), (DapitanCity), (Jimenez, Sinacaban, OroquietaCity, Aloran and Panaon) within the next 1-2 hours.

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in (Claveria), (Hinatuan, Barobo and Tagbina) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "LUIS" was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Maconacon, Isabela (17.5°N, 122.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Localized Thunderstorms affecting Mindanao.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from the south to southwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters).

It is almost stationary. Localized Thunderstorms affecting Mindanao.
