Carrying the theme, “𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒂 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅: 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑, 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, & 𝑬𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆,” the event brings together ideas, resources, and opportunities that inspire the continued growth of libraries in a connected world.

𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋-𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 | Day 2 continued the conversation on the future of libraries through insightful discussions on user experience, smart libraries, and design thinking—exploring how creativity, technology, and user-centered approaches can shape more inclusive and innovative library services. The day also brought opportunities for learning, collaboration, and fellowship among library professionals and partners.

𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋-𝐁𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 | The final day of the 18th DACUN PHIL-BIST Conference & Fair delved into the evolving role of libraries through meaningful conversations on ethics in the age of AI, privacy, equity, intellectual freedom, and wellness in the digital environment. The day brought the conference to a thoughtful close, highlighting the importance of building library systems that are not only innovative but also ethical, inclusive, and people-centered.
Three days well spent. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made it happen.

TED Recognition Day | 73 years, and this tradition still means something.
The PWC Tertiary Education Department held its 73rd Recognition Day — a moment set aside each year to acknowledge the students who earned it. Not just through grades, but through the quiet, consistent effort that doesn't always get seen until a day like this.

To every awardee: congratulations! You worked for this, and it shows. We hope you carry this with you as you move forward. (PART 1)
