LOS AMIGOS, DAVAO CITY โ A new chapter in educational leadership unfolded on July 6, 2026, as Dr. Romeo S. Camilotes formally assumed office as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of Cluster 7 during a solemn Turnover and Installation Ceremony held at the Office of the Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) of Cluster 7, Los Amigos National High School.
The ceremony commenced at 9:00 a.m., bringing together school leaders, education personnel, and guests in a meaningful celebration of service, continuity, and commitment to quality education.
Leading the occasion was Dr. Reynante A. Solitario, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent of the Schools Division of Davao City, accompanied by Dr. Rebecca C. Sagot, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, and Dr. Josie T. Bolofer, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the formal reading of the Assignment Order by Dr. Solitario himself, officially designating Dr. Camilotes as the Officer-in-Charge of Cluster 7. The ceremonial turnover symbolized not only the transfer of administrative responsibility but also the continuity of the Divisionโs commitment to effective school governance and instructional leadership.
Dr. Camilotes succeeds Mr. Henry P. Balladares, who faithfully served as the outgoing Officer-in-Charge of the cluster. Aguinaldo National High School, where Dr. Camilotes previously served as Principal IV.
