This pertains to the reported theft incident by a certain Arjun Sebu Dalucan A.K.A “Jon of the South Wander”(in his official Vlog Account) that transpired on June 22, 2024 at about 12:10 AM, inside 5J Inn located at Barangay Mabila, Sarangani Davao Occidental.
Request be Informed that Sarangani MPS immediately rendered assistance to the complainant by coordinating with the caretaker of the 5J Inn which resulted in the recovery of the alleged stolen black bag at the first floor of same building.
Follow-up investigation revealed that the same was only misplaced by the owner inadvertently and that no valuables were missing. Moreover, said recovered item were properly handover to Mr. Serafin Balcita co-worker of the latter.

The Sarangani Municpal Police Station personnel led by PSSg Romeo G Perez Jr Invest PNCO together with Philippine Coast Guard Maveas Station led by CG PO2 Jefferson Ore and Sangguniang Kabataan ng Camalig actively participated the coastal clean up drive together with the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorism, Barangay Peace Action Team and Community.
This activity aims to strengthen the “PNP Core Value Maka-kalikasan” (environment-friendly) for the protection and conservation of the marine ecosystem and maintain ecological balance of our environment. This cleanup effort holds great significance to keep the environment cleaner, healthier and safer to live. Activity ended at about 3:00 PM of the same date.

Two (2) Fishermen Rescued at the Vicinitiy of Sarangani
Sarangani, Davao Occidental, At about 10:30 am of this date Barangay Captain Mildred Paalisbo of Brgy Laker Sarangani Davao Occidental together with Harly Sauro, MDRRMO Sarangani brought to this office the two (2) rescued fisherman identified as: 1. Carlos Pantonial Balolot, male, 31 years old, single and 2. Riogen Santiago Dawa, male, 17 years old, single, both fisherman and residents of Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental.
at about 7:00 AM of April 3, 2024, the said fishermen left in their place at Barangay Jamboree, Generoso, Davao Oriental going to the sea water of the said municipality more or less 18 miles away from the seashore to catch fish using a motorized banca (10 horsepower engine) and while in the middle of their fishing activity at around 6:30 PM of the same date, a strong wind was blown which causing damaged to their boat and while they were drifted at unknown direction, the operator (Carlos Balolot) fixing the damage of their boat but due to strong current of the waves, the said boat was totally sank. Fortunately upon reaching at the sea waters of Barangay Laker of this municipality they were found at about 8:00 pm of April 4, 2024 by one Husin Aquilan, 52 years old, married, Fisherman and a resident of Brgy Camahual of this municipality while the latter fishing at the said seawater and brought said rescued person to his house and in the following day on April 5, 2024, he indorsed them to barangay hall of Laker of this municipality.
The two (2) rescued fishermen are now temporarily sheltered at MDRMMO, Sarangani Municipality for documentation and for providing them transportation to return in their place and their boat was in the custody of barangay Laker
