JUST CONCLUDED | DIADI STUDENTS’ SUMMIT 2026
The Diadi Students’ Summit 2026 was successfully conducted at Philreca Farm, Escoting, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya with the inspiring theme:
“Kabataang Pinanday ng Iisang Layunin, Magtataguyod ng Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Makakalikasan at Makabayang Bukas.”
The two-day summit gathered student leaders and youth participants in a meaningful and transformative activity aimed at empowering the youth through learning sessions, reflection activities, and team building exercises.
The program formally commenced with a Welcome Talk from Congressman Presley De Jesus represented by Ms. Princess Cabaccan, followed by the Opening Remarks of Hon. Aldrin Joshua E. Ortiz, SK Federation President, and the Inspirational Message of Hon. Mayor Sandy M. Gayaton.
This successful undertaking was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), the Local Youth Development Office headed by Sir Jordan P. Reyes, CPA, MT – LYDO Designate, and the Local Government Unit of Diadi.
One of the highlights of the activity was the official launching of "Project Malunggay", an initiative that promotes health awareness, nutrition, and sustainable community development among the youth.
The summit featured six informative and empowering learning sessions:

📌 Session 3: “Pathways to Purpose: A Youth Reflection Gathering”

Assistant Parish Priest, St. Louis Beltran Parish
📌 Session 4: Adolescent Mental Health
Speaker: Ms. Janette V. Calata,RGC,RPm
📌 Session 5: Protective Laws for Youth and Children
Speaker: Ma’am Mildred D. Mangonor, RSW
📌 Session 6: Substance Abuse Awareness
Facilitated by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)
Participants also enjoyed exciting team building activities that strengthened camaraderie, teamwork, leadership, and unity among the youth delegates.
A heartfelt gratitude to all speakers, facilitators, partner agencies, participating students, and especially to the LYDC Members especially to Mr. Mark Piolo Soriano, Mr. Arieston Galano and Ms. Zaija Cabbigat for their unwavering support, dedication, and hard work in making this event a remarkable success.
Indeed, the Diadi Students’ Summit 2026 became a venue for nurturing empowered, responsible, and value-driven young leaders who will become catalysts of positive change for a brighter and progressive future.
