Today, I had the distinct honor of representing LGU Diffun at the culminating program of the 36th Civil Registration Month, hosted by the wonderful community of Gulac Integrated School.
​It was truly inspiring to witness the creativity and brilliance of our students as they competed in the CRVS Dance Contest, Poster Making Contest, and the CRVS Quiz Bee. Your talents are a testament to the bright future of our municipality!
​In my message to the participants, I emphasized that Civil Registration is more than just a legal requirement, it is the foundation of every Filipino’s identity. By ensuring that every birth and life event is properly recorded, we guarantee that no citizen is left behind in accessing the rights and services they deserve.
​A heartfelt thank you to the administration and faculty of Gulac Integrated School for graciously hosting this LGU initiative and for being such vital partners in our mission to "Get Every Diffunian in the Picture."

Ipinapaalam ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Diffun sa lahat ng mga aplikante at nagnanais lumahok sa ating Kasalang Bayan na magkakaroon tayo ng pagbabago sa iskedyul.
Dahil sa hindi inaasahang kasabayan sa iba pang mahahalagang programa ng LGU, ang orihinal na petsa na nakatakda sa Pebrero 27 ay inilipat sa:

Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Venue: Balai Ti Umili/Local Government Center, Aurora East, Diffun, Quirino

Services Available:
-Distribution of Plates
-Licensing and Registration
-Emission Testing
-Releasing of Medical Certificates

All residents are encouraged to take advantage of these consolidated services at the Local Government Center. Please bring all necessary requirements to ensure fast processing.
