CAJEL UNVEILS "I LOVE CAJEL" LANDMARK

Barangay Cajel, Diffun, Quirino, officially unveiled its newest landmark, "I Love Cajel," on January 6, 2025, symbolizing the unity of its constituents in working towards a better future. The landmark was unveiled after the flag ceremony, led by Barangay Captain Jaime Natividad, along with other members of the barangay council, purok leaders, and local officials.

This initiative aligns with the province's "I Love Quirino" program, launched in 2008, aiming to promote unity, progress, and development in Quirino. The program focuses on addressing key issues such as hunger, malnutrition, and poverty, while promoting sustainable food production, job opportunities, and livelihood projects.

The "I Love Quirino" program has already made significant impacts in various barangays, including Mataddi, where infrastructure projects, irrigation systems, and agri-tourism initiatives have improved the lives of residents. With the unveiling of the "I Love Cajel" landmark, Barangay Cajel demonstrates its commitment to embracing this vision of unity and progress.

CAJEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SHINES AS CHAMPION IN DISTRICT SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FAIR

Cajel Elementary School emerged victorious as the overall champion in the recently concluded District Science and Technology Fair Science Skills Olympics held at Diffun West Central School on December 17, 2024.

The CES Team is composed of the Coach, Mrs. Elma U Agdeppa, Jael C. Bucca, Grade 6 pupil, Ezana Blaise P. Butardo, Grade 5 pupil and Tony Betriolo Jr., Grade 5 Pupil.

The said competition brought together talented young scientists from various schools across the district.

Pinatunayan ng mga opisyal ng Brgy Cajel na pinamumunuan ni Capt Jaime Natividad at ng Cajel Elementary School sa pangunguna ni Principal Juliet Ruiz, kasama ang Purok Officials, buong Cajel Community, at ng iba pang stakeholders, na ang pagkakaisa ay talagang magdudulot ng maganda.

Ito ay napatunayan matapos ang matagumpay na pagsisimula ng PROJECT TANDEM (𝐓eamwork towards 𝐀chieving 𝐍oble 𝐃esires of 𝐄xcellent Learning Outcomes in Partnership with 𝐌agnificent Stakeholders) noong ika-31 ng Oktubre 2024, araw ng pagpaplano.

Ang Project TANDEM ay naglalayong mapaganda ang harapan at kabuuan ng Cajel Elementary School, kung saan ito pa ay maaring maging tourist spot. Ang proyekto ay tutulong din sa pagpapaganda ng pamumuno o leadership ability at pagkakaisa dahil ito ay isasagawa sa pamamagitan ng mass work.

Ang ebalwasyon ng mga proyekto ay gaganapin sa ika-20 ng December at ang awarding naman ay sa ika-23 ng buwan.
