The Sangguniang Barangay of Ruparan extends its warmest congratulations to the Youth Responders of Barangay Ruparan for their successful participation in the BDRRM Camp facilitated by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) held at Sitio Teril, Barangay Kapatagan, Digos City.
This achievement reflects the dedication, discipline, and commitment of our youth volunteers in strengthening disaster preparedness and community resilience. The Barangay Government likewise commends the efforts of the Sangguniang Barangay, particularly BDRRM Committee Chairman Hon. Roel Awing Castillo Limasa and BDRRM Youth Action Officer Hon. Jess Koki Gemina-Mellejor Salaysay-Gamao, for their leadership and support in making this participation possible.
The activity was funded through the appropriated programs, projects, and activities under the Barangay's 5% BDRRM Fund, demonstrating the Barangay's commitment to investing in capacity-building and disaster risk reduction initiatives.
