Sa tanang residente sa Sitio San Miguel, ipatuman sa Barangay ang stricto nga pagimplementar sa Barangay Ordinance nga namugna kaniadtong tuig 2022 diin:

1. Bawal agian ug 4 Wheeled Vehicles ang maong TULAY, Bawal muagi ang Minivan, Loaded Minivan, Multicab, and Loaded Multicab.

2. BAWAL usab muagi ang mga chariot or ubang sakyanan nga adunay kargang balas, bakal o kabilya, semento ug hollowblocks.

3. Ang musupak sa maong Ordinansa adunay multa nga paga atubangon

Palihug lang maghuna huna ta alang sa kadaghanan nga Dili sayon ug Dali ang magpatukod ug magpa repair ug TULAY.

City Government of Digos headed by City Mayor Hon. Josef Fortich Cagas has conducted Rice Distribution in Barangay Ruparan, this was welcomed by tge Barangay Government of Ruparan headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Roel Awing Castillo Limasa and the Sangguniang Barangay Members of Barangay Ruparan.

Mapasalamaton ang Barangay Ruparan sa maong higayon. Daghang Salamat City Government of Digos and to the personnel of PESO headed by Maam Shanielou Solatorio and personnels from the CSPMO.

The Barangay Govt of Ruparan will now lift its Flexiwork arrangement and Work From Home following the City Memorandum Order No. 1493, the barangay operations will now be Monday to Friday and following also City Memorandum Order No. 1494 the operations of the barangay will start from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in observance to the Tipok Lamok.

Official Memorandum from the Barangay will be posted soon adopting the said measures

Attention Residents of Barangay Ruparan

Please be informed that the issue being circulated by a certain page, “Maharlika sa Davao del Sur,” is completely baseless and unfounded.

The Barangay Government of Ruparan maintains clean audit and accounting records. The barangay has no funded infrastructure projects such as road concreting, irrigation canals, livelihood programs, or procurement-related projects being alleged in the accusations.

Just recently, on May 21, 2026, the barangay underwent a surprise audit conducted by the Commission on Audit (COA), and the barangay was found to be compliant.

Rest assured that the Barangay Government operates with full transparency. All projects chargeable against the barangay’s 20% Development Fund are publicly posted on the Full Disclosure Policy Board located beside the entrance of the Barangay Hall.

Please also note that barangay funds, especially the 20% Development Fund, do not finance the projects being falsely alleged by “Maharlika sa Davao del Sur.” As for the procurement issues being floated, all documents undergo thorough review at the barangay level and by the Accounting Office. Should there be any deficiencies, COA issues the proper Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM) in accordance with due process.

The Provincial Govt of Davao del Sur headed by Provincial Governor Hon. Yvonne Roña Cagas and Vice Governor Hon. Marc Cagas has formally turnedover the Cagas Gym of the Ruparan National Highschool fully renovated.

The effort was spearheaded by Punong Barangay Hon. Roel Awing Castillo Limasa and Sangguniang Barangay Members in coordination and partnership with the Ruparan National Highschool headed by its School Principal Sir Eugene C. Sayson and the PTA officials headed by Mrs. Miguela C. Guevara.
