NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Please be informed that this Office shall have no work on Friday, May 8, 2026, as the said date has been declared a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos, Davao del Sur, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1237 issued on April 28, 2026 by the President of the Philippines.

However, operations in this Office shall resume on Monday, May 11, 2026.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

This is to inform all concerned clients who were issued a temporary Certificate of Registration (CR) by this Office that the original copies of their CRs are now available for release.

In view of the limited supply of security papers received by this Office, the printing and release of the original copies shall be conducted on an “as you come” basis. This means that the original CRs shall be printed in the order clients arrive or requests are received, subject to the availability of security paper.

All eligible claimants are advised to proceed to Window E for the claiming process. Claimants are required to present the following:

Original Official Receipt (OR)
Temporary CR issued by this Office (to be surrendered upon claiming)

The presentation of the required documents is necessary to facilitate a smooth and orderly release of the original CR.

All concerned clients are encouraged to visit the office at their earliest convenience.

Pursuant to the United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/RES/62/139: Designating 02 April as World Autism Awareness Day, to be observed every year beginning in 2008, and in support of the National Council of Disability Affairs (NCDA), the Land Transportation Office Region XI actively supports and participates in the 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 from 06 to 10 April 2026.

This year's theme, "Autism and Humanity - Every Life Has Value," emphasizes the promotion of inclusivity, respect, and equal opportunities for persons with autism.
