IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

The Board of Directors and the Election Committee of the Credit Cooperative of the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (CCPFDA) are issuing this formal notice regarding a forthcoming REFERENDUM to approve proposed amendments to our Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws.

The primary goal of these amendments is to convert the CCPFDA from its current status as a Credit Cooperative to a Multipurpose Cooperative. This conversion is intended to expand our services beyond credit (savings and loans) to include other programs (such as consumer or marketing), thereby maximizing member benefits. Please refer to the attached notice for your information.

To ensure you are fully informed before voting, we strongly encourage you to review the proposed changes and attend the upcoming Information and Education Campaign (IEC) meeting.
