Caraga RDC Chair ug Dinagat Islands Governor Nilo P. Demerey, Jr., aktibong mitambong sa Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) XIII Second Quarter Meeting nga gipahigayon karong adlawa, Hunyo 3, 2026 sa Butuan Grand Palace Hotel and Convention Center, Butuan City.

Ang maong panangpulong nagtigom ug naghiusa sa mga lider sa rehiyon sa Caraga, mga ahensya sa gobyerno, kapulisan, militar, ug uban pang mga stakeholder aron hisgutan ang mga programa ug inisyatibo alang sa kalinaw ug kahapsay, kaluwasan sa publiko, pagbatok sa kriminalidad, ug uban pang mga importanteng isyu nga nakaapekto sa Caraga Region.

Pinaagi sa aktibong partisipasyon ug kolaborasyon, padayon nga gisuportahan ni Gov. Demerey ang mga programa ug polisiya nga nagtumong sa paghimo og mas luwas, malinawon, ug lig-on nga mga komunidad alang sa tanang Caraganon.

Gidawat sila ni Provincial Information Officer ug Chief of Staff Atty. Niel Edward M. Demerey isip representante sa Gobernador. Atol sa maong panagtagbo, gipahibalo sa CGSDI ang ilang mga concerns ug uban pang kakulangon nga nanginahanglan og suporta gikan sa Probinsyal nga Gobyerno aron mas mapalambo pa ang ilang operasyon ug serbisyo.

Gipasalig ni Atty. Demerey nga ang Provincial Government sa Dinagat Islands nagpadayon sa paghatag og bug-os nga suporta sa Coast Guard, isip kabahin sa hiniusang paningkamot alang sa kaluwasan, seguridad, ug kaayohan sa katawhan sa probinsya.

Alang sa padayon nga paghatag ug kasulbaran sa mga panginahanglanon ug hagit nga giatubang sa mga komunidad sa probinsya, personal nga gidawat ni Governor Nilo P. Demerey, Jr., ang mga bisita gikan sa BLGU Matingbe nga mikortisiya sa iyang buhatan kagahapong adlawa, June 1, 2026, sa IJN Yamashiro, Cuarinta, PDI.

Gipangulohan ni Hon. Clare J. Cavan, uban sa ubang mga opisyal sa BLGU Matingbe, ang pagpresentar sa mga concern ug mga isyu nga nanginahanglan pagtagad sa lokal nga panggamhanan. Usa sa mga mahinungdanong gihisgutan mao ang kahimtang sa mga karsada sa barangay ug ang panginahanglan sa padayon nga road maintenance aron masiguro ang kaluwasan sa mga motorista, maglalakaw, ug sa kinatibuk-ang publiko. Gihisgutan ug giplanohan usab ang mga posibleng lakang ug programa nga mahimong ipatuman aron mapalambo ang imprastraktura sa barangay.

Subay niini, gipadayag ni Gov. Demerey ang iyang padayon nga suporta sa mga barangay ug ang iyang dedikasyon sa pagpaminaw sa mga tingog sa komunidad, isip kabahin sa tumong sa administrasyon nga mapalig-on ang kalamboan, kaluwasan, ug kaayohan sa matag lungsuranon sa probinsya.
