ADMISSION PROCESS
1. Student Applicants must be able to register at Online Pre-Enlistment to be accomplished via Google Form. Link will be posted at the Official PDM Social Media Accounts – PDM page and PDM E-Guidance and Counseling Page.
2. Admission Officers will process the enlisted applicants and will notify them via email, indicating the schedule of ONSITE screening and submission of requirements.
3. Upon the successful screening, student applicants will be given a schedule for PDM- CAT on the same-day.
4. Results of the successful applicants will be posted via the PDM Official pages.
Note: Successful Examinees will be ranked per course and will serve as the basis for selection, depending on the number of students the college can accommodate. Other passers on the bottom-list who met the set-point but did not reach the quota will be tagged as “Waitlisted”. Slots will be given to “Waitlisted Applicants” should students in the upper ranks decide not to pursue education at the college.
5. Successful Applicants will receive an email indicating the schedule and detailed instructions for enrollment.
(Waitlisted applicants will be notified as well of the status of their application.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a resident of Marilao, Bulacan.
2. Public or private senior high school graduate or candidate for graduation of the current school year.
3. Must have a grade of atleast 80% General Weighted Average (GWA) for BSOA, BSTM, BSHM, BSEntrep. At least 85% General Weighted Average for BSIT, BSCS, BECEd and BTLEd.
4. Must pass the initial screening process to be conducted by the Admission Officers.
5. Must pass the PDM College Admission Test (PDM-CAT).
REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade 11 and Grade 12 card (Form 138/SF9) – original and photocopy.
2. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate – original and photocopy
3. Photocopy of the voter’s ID or any government-issued ID of the parent indicating Marilao as proof of residency.
4. Two (2) 2x2 pictures of the student applicant (white background).
5. *Certificate of Eligibility for College Admission (for ALS applicants only).
REMINDERS:
1. Do not forget the email address credentials you have used upon applying for PDM-Admission, A.Y. 2026-2027.
2. Do not create multiple accounts, which can cause discrepancies in processing the applications.
3. Review all information (Google Form) before submitting the form.
4. Only applicants with complete requirements will be scheduled for the College Admission Test
