LAHRMP & CSC FO Aurora Joint Meeting | July 8, 2026

HRMO II Sricalinda Z. Nombrere represented the Municipality of Dingalan during the Joint Meeting of the League of Aurora Human Resource Management Practitioners (LAHRMP) and the Civil Service Commission Field Office (CSC FO) Aurora held on July 8, 2026, in Baler, Aurora.

The meeting focused on the latest Civil Service policies and updates, as well as the preparation for the upcoming 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (Civil Service Month) celebration. It also provided an opportunity for HR practitioners across the province to collaborate, exchange best practices, and strengthen partnerships in promoting excellence in public service.

As part of the Departmental Mental Health Break Program of the LGU, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) facilitated a Team Building and Psychosocial Activity for the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) and the Municipal Youth Development Office (MYDO) on July 15, 2026.

The activity provided employees with a chance to unwind, strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and promote mental well-being through engaging and meaningful activities. It also reinforced the importance of creating a supportive, positive, and healthy workplace for everyone.
