"To lead is to serve the standard. When the standard is high, the pride in the uniform follows naturally."

The ISUFST–Di**le Campus and San Enrique Campus proudly celebrate a remarkable achievement, we stand tall as we reap the hard-earned fruits of our collective labor. Scoring an outstanding 89.95 points in the recently concluded Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026 is a monumental feat that goes beyond a simple numerical grade. It is a powerful testament to the teamwork, dedication, and unwavering perseverance that defines our unit.

The proceedings commenced with the Arrival of Honors, a time-honored military tradition that established an atmosphere of profound discipline and mutual respect. Following this, a formal opening program was inaugurated by Dr. Dingras E. Balbona, the Campus Administrator of the Di**le Campus, whose remarks underscored the importance of leadership and institutional pride. To center the day’s activities, Mrs. Mariter S. Asur, R.L., delivered a solemn invocation, seeking guidance for the participants and the evaluating party.

RAATI 2026 was conducted by the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection Team, led by COL Antonio V. Burton, GSC (INF) PA, ADCRRA, 3ID. As the Chairperson for CY 2026, COL Burton, supported by his seasoned team of evaluators from the 3rd Infantry Division, ensured that the unit’s performance was measured against the highest standards of excellence and military service.

This milestone was forged in the heat of the sun and the precision of every command. It is a reflection of the late-night preparations and the grit to push past exhaustion. From the synchronized snap of the Manual of Arms to the meticulous organization of our administrative records, every cadet and officer played a vital role in this victory. We have proven that greatness is never given—it is earned through the fire of discipline and the strength of a shared vision.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the leaders and offices whose support made this triumph possible:

• Dr. Dingras E. Balbona, Campus Administrator: For her visionary leadership and for fostering an environment where excellence can thrive.

• COL RENE R. BEARNEZA PA (Ret), Commandant: For his steady guidance and leadership, steering the corps toward professional and tactical mastery.

• Instr. Rowena S. Borcelo, NSTP Coordinator: For her tireless efforts and dedication to the welfare and development of every student-cadet.

• The Dedicated Training Staff: For their expertise and hard work in sharpening our skills and pushing us to reach our full potential.

• The Procurement, Accounting, Supply, and Cashier Offices: For their unwavering support and the essential administrative backbone they provided throughout our preparation.

As we celebrate this "Outstanding" rating, we reaffirm our commitment to the highest standards of service. Let this triumph serve as a reminder that with a clear purpose and a united heart, no obstacle is insurmountable. We carry this pride forward, not just as a badge of honor, but as a promise to continue striving for even greater heights.

To the entire unit, our leaders, and our institution—Mabuhay!
