𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | YOUTH FOR PEACE - TAPAZ CHAPTER BRINGS SMILES AND SERVICE TO TAPAZ
More than just a day of giving, the Youth for Peace (YFP) – Tapaz Chapter turned a simple community outreach activity into an opportunity to bring food, care, and a spirit of bayanihan closer to the children and residents of Barangay Initan.
The activity held at Initan Elementary School, provided basic assistance to the community while highlighting the value of volunteerism and collective action in creating stronger and more caring communities.
Adding to the initiative, the 12th Infantry (“Lick ‘Em”) Battalion provided free haircut services to children and residents. Beyond promoting proper grooming and personal hygiene, the activity offered a practical service that brought convenience and a sense of care directly to the community.
For the young volunteers of YFP–Tapaz, the activity served as a reminder that peace begins with service and compassion. By reaching out to communities and responding to simple but meaningful needs, young people can become active partners in community development.

Bilang inyong kaagapay sa pagtataguyod ng mga makataong pag-unlad at kapayapaan, hangad namin na makuha ng mga biktima ang hustisya upang lalong mapairal at maitaguyod ang hangarin ng IHL na makamtan ang tunay na kapayapaan na may paggalang sa karapatang pantao.
